Great pool, room and staff!
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room. Kids loved the heated pool and having towels by the pool was great. Good location, but you can hear some trucks passing at night.

Fit for purpose
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to Woolworths and hotels.
Heated pool.

Cons:

The water is very hard and the shower gel was not effective. I had to buy some moisturising shower gel that actually lathered and didn't leave my skin feeling prickly.

The room provides all the basic requirements.
The matress might need changing, or turning. There's an indeed where people sit

Cons:

Toilet was dirty not clean yellow inside the toilet because of uncleanness shower was mouldy and old . Kitchen utilities dirty. They dont clean the rooms not towels until you COMPLAIN.

It would be okay for a one night stay if you are passing through for a stop over but no longer.
Pros:

The laundry and bathroom were spacious.

Cons:

The mattresses were quite uncomfortable and woke up sore the next morning, the kitchen sink was leaking, there were no instruction manuals for the appliances, no water pressure in the shower, bedside lamp switch in main bedroom didn't stay on and there was no broom or vacuum to clean, there was just a hand broom. The dryer was full of tissues and had an abundance of lint.

Fresh sheets, hot shower, massive room and close to everything, what more could we ask!
Pros:

Plenty of room for 6 of us!! Bed was comfy, sheets were fresh and shower was hot. The apartment was massive which made it comfortable and relaxing. Kids loved the pool too!
