Where the hotel is located is fantastic close walk to all the main sights. We would stay there again.

Также порадовали завтраки - очень хорошие и вкусные, по меню, есть выбор. Персонал внимательный, к пожеланиям гостей прислушивается.

Cons:

Из пожеланий - в жару (+34°C) хотелось бы, чтобы воду в номере пополняли каждый день, это было бы очень кстати

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, ar condicionado perfeito, banheiro ótimo, tudo muito limpo, equipes sempre solicita desde o porteiro até a camareira, zero problemas em nossa estadia !! Café da manhã excelente, foi difícil achar um hotel que não tivesse pelo menos um probleminha .. esse foi um achado !! Roof top com drink de boas vindas ..

It’s very central, so it’s very convenient place to stay in Rome.

Cons:

In my opinion it definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars. May be 4. But not more than that. So if you are looking for a solid 5 stars experience, don’t go there.

A személyzet kiemelkedően kedves volt, mindenki egytől egyig. Mindenben segítettek, rugalmasak voltak, nagyon odafigyeltek mindenre. A szálloda nagyon szuper helyen volt, nagyon tiszta és rendezett, minden nap mindent cseréltek és rendeztek. Egy igazi ékszerdoboz. Nagyon sok mindenben kedveskedtek valami aprósággal.

Cons:

Nekem egy erkély hianyzott, de megoldottuk a személyzet kedves hozzáállásával.
