Meine Tochter (10) und ich haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Ich habe selten ein so liebenswertes, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal erlebt. Das Essen war toll und die Lage ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, daher sind einige Zimmer Richtung der sehr belebten „Via del Corso“ ausgerichtet. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf also nicht zu empfehlen. Im Allgemeinen sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

First impression: weird smell, tacky decoration, not a 5-star hotel lobby.
For €400 a night in Rome, the aesthetic and atmosphere felt more like a budget guesthouse in Southeast Asia than a luxury Roman hotel.
The staff were genuinely friendly and hardworking — honestly the only thing that kept this place from being horrendous. However, the staffing structure and management did not reflect the investment or standards expected at 5-star level.
Issues during our stay:
∙ Loud noise from the room next door with no soundproofing
∙ Gap under the hallway door — no sound or privacy barrier
∙ No luxury whatsoever: minibar had only a few charged water bottles
∙ Mold and a worn-down shower
∙ Bizarre green light projected onto the window
∙ Plastic grass, plastic plants, Christmas tree, and plastic bird decorations throughout
Breakfast was nice but absolutely not worth the room rate.
A 5-star hotel is expected to provide: turndown service, soundproofed rooms, and quality furnishings. This property meets none of those standards. It previously held a 3-star rating, and that is where it belongs until meaningful improvements are made.
Definitely not recommended at this price point.

Fantastic location and staff. Breakfast is really good.
There was some noise at night, both from outside and from the restaurant on the floor above.
Great hotel. Small but well equipped and furnished room (classic). Spotless and with double glazing that kept out the city noise. Lovely modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and attentive. The rooftop bar was atmospheric and service and food in the restaurant were first rate the hotel is v near all the main landmarks. We visited the Vatican, colleseum, forum, review fountain and Spanish steps by walking 15-20 mins or less. Great location. Top tip, take a white taxi for 55euros back to the airport for 4 of us. The train on the way out was 28 euros per couple, and we got ripped off by a random taxi driver from the station to the hotel for 40 euros. Oh well. We put it down to experience…

Hotel Caravita was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality.
I especially loved the sunny rooftop terrace—an incredibly peaceful oasis in the middle of Rome. The location is perfect, with all major sights just a short walk away.
The restaurant and bar offer delicious food and drinks, and the rooms are stylish, cozy, and impeccably clean. A truly great hotel that I would gladly return to!
