Personnel très agréable et situation géographique ideale pour nous assez près du métro tobalaba

La piscine. Pas du tout entretenue. C'est vraiment pas cool.

Bueno como siempre, mantener estándar....

Hemos utilizado este hotel por años, tranquilo, relajado, buena atención del personal, buena ubicación, buen estacionamiento, etc...

Cons:

Pequeña fuga de agua detrás del inodoro, chapa de ingreso a la habitación con problemas al abrir, (tiene maña). Falla de ascensores, no funcionaba ninguno. Todo lo anterior fue informado a recepción.

Café da manhã é saboroso.

Cons:

Chegamos e madrugada e tivemos de trocar de quarto três vezes, até pegarmos um quarto com luz e ar condicionado funcionando (ainda que de forma insuficiente para o calor). Botão do elevador estava quebrado; ar-condicionado é muito antigo: não permite ajustes de movimento/temperatura. Além disso, o banheiro da recepção estava em estado deplorável.

El recepcionista en mi llegada, tuvo una paciencia y disposición increíble, no funcionaban mis tarjetas para pagar, insistimos durante casi una hora....era un problema de comunicación de los posnet, hasta las 23.30 para poder hospedarme. Muchas gracias

a mi me gusto ya que estaba comodo para ir y venir caminando de compras al costanera..

el desayuno estuvo muy bien.. a gusto de todo.. la ubicacion excelente, y la habitacion muy chiquita pero nos pudimos acomodar bien..
la cama muy buena comoda..

Cons:

no me gusto que entrabamos y habia olor a resumidero.. en el pasillo de mi habitacion. parecia que en el piso habia un caño de un baño roto.. y tambien habia olor feo
