Book with credit card only
Cons:

I booked this hotel with several weeks in advance with the card I usually book hotels on booking. On the day of my stay, the hotel claimed that I could only book with credit card (which was not mentioned on booking). They cancelled my reservation despite me changing the card. It was really stressful as I was travelling and couldn’t do anything.

Localização privilegiada, próximo ao Costanera e várias opções de comércio.

Cons:

Quarto é absurdamente pequeno, sendo espaço para a cama e circulação e banheiro que, por sua vez não veda 100% o box.

Pros:

La ubicacion, la piscina, el tamaño de la habitacion superior. Voy seguido a Chile por trabajo y utilizo mucho este hotel

Cons:

El Wifi es muy lento y no llega de forma correcta a las habitaciones.
Podria mejorarse el servicio agregando te / cafe de cortesia en las habitaciones ya que tiene cocina, pava eléctrica, y elementos de cocina, como tazas, platos, cubiertos. (Una lastima que siendo un 4 estrellas no pueda colocar unos sobrecitos)
Seria ideal un escritorio en la habitacion, pensando en que la mayoria del publico del hotel es por trabajo.
