Pros:

Lo único bueno es la ubicación y el recepcionista que nos recibió.

Cons:

La tarifa es alta por 1 noche con 2 camas pequeñas. Habitación antigua y pequeña. Toallas asperas. Hice la reserva por booking y nunca me dijeron que era sin desayuno incluido y cuando llamé al hotel para realizar el pago de la habitación tampoco me informaron que esa tarifa no incluia desayuno.

Uma estadia deliciosa, em uma localização excelente
Pros:

A localização é excelente, a apenas duas quadras do metrô Tobalaba. Fizemos muitas coisas a pé, pois a região é super tranquila e residencial. Tem mercado e cafeterias bem próximos, além de ser possível ir caminhando até o MUT e o Costanera.

Também gostamos muito do quarto, que é amplo, com um chuveiro bem quentinho e aquecedor, o que foi maravilhoso nos dias frios. As toalhas e roupas de cama estavam sempre impecáveis e eram muito macias.

A piscina aquecida também foi um ponto alto da estadia, principalmente depois dos passeios. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e tinha boas opções.

A equipe da recepção é super gentil, principalmente a Daniela, que nos deu ótimas dicas e foi muito solícita durante toda a nossa estadia. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e certamente voltaríamos!

La ubicacion

Cons:

La cama vieja e incomoda. El wifi a mi habitacion no llegaba y no le pudieron dar ninguna solucion. El desayuno mediocre y la gente que atiende con muy pocas ganas de trabajar. Cero serviciales.

Pros:

Segunda vez que me quedo en ese hotel y está vez estuve en la habitación superior creo, equipada con microondas, hervidor y cocina y frigobar. La habitación era linda, confortable, muy cómoda, hermosa vista desde la venta, en la mañana llegaban los rayos de sol. Fue una excelente experiencia.

Gran hotel si vas por trabajo o negocios cerca del costanera center
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, muy cerca del Costanera Center y en una zona muy segura, se puede caminar sin problemas hasta.
Las habitaciones con cama king son súper espaciosas en comparación con las más pequeñas.

Cons:

No tenía gimnasio, sería bueno que pusieran aunque sea uno pequeño.
El desayuno estuvo muy bien, le sumaría un poco más de opciones de frutas.
