Loved it! Definitely coming back
Pros:

We loved it! The staff was so friendly, they have room and pool service, prices are good and food and drinks were good. There’s plenty of sun beds in both pools which is a big plus for me because I hate when you go to the pool and there is nowhere to sit and chill. The pool was also surrounded by nature and you can use it until late. The room was clean and spacious, I think there is no Netflix on the TV but it wasn’t a problem since we’re traveling with our fire stick. We’ll definitely come back.

Great location, beautiful tranquil pool area, wonderfully friendly & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Great value for money spa with well trained staff. Fantastic value for money. We took a day trip out with the hotels car and driver, Doni, it was fantastic. Thank you Doni.

The staff was friendly and polite. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and there's convenient parking. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well and without interruption.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was a bit tired. There were numerous ants near the entrance and inside the room. The bed linens were worn and grayish in color and needed to be replaced.

The mattress was very hard, and the pillows were old, hard, and lumpy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We weren't able to get a full night's rest, so we decided to leave the hotel early in the morning.

We weren't refunded for the unused night, but they offered us coffee as an apology.

Also, please note that the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Lunch or dinner is not available on the hotel premises, so we had to look for nearby places to eat.

Pleasant but avoid the spa

Nice spacious bedroom, and attentive cleaning staff, they were on hand to do the refresh the moment you needed it. The pools are beautiful and we’re always clean

Cons:

Being truthful I enjoyed my stay immensely other than the one massage I got at the property, the therapist had long done up nails which is a big no no, she therefore wasn’t able to apply the sort of pressure I needed without scratching and hurting me, I actually think that was one of my worst massages ever and I seriously considered stopping it midway. There also was no foot wash meaning the dust on my feet was just being rubbed all over my body. Shocking from an establishment like this and at the price charged for the massage.

The staff is beyond exceptional. I think this booking is worth every penny!
Pros:

The property was well kept! The pools were very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

It was not clearly identified that this is the 2nd location(Pertiwi Bisma 2). While quickly corrected, when arriving at 2 AM it was a little challenging at first.
