Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center

Everything was good, except that the garage parking was $16 a day, which was too much. The restaurant inside the Hotel is terrible. Our server told us the kitchen is staffed by students who don't care about the quality of the food.

We had a celebration of life here and had family from many different states come in for it. Staff and Brittany Baker were amazing!

This was our second stay at the hotel and both have been excellent experiences. Reasonable prices and the location is close to both KSU and area restaurants.

Love the location of this hotel in downtown Kent. However, the hotel rooms do need some upgrade of the decor and A/C unit is noisy. Our room also smelled like greasy food during our stay and the bed has a broken/glued end to the frame which was noisy every time my husband got out of the bed at night.

This is our go to hotel when we are in Kent! Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and the the university. Clean and updated rooms, friendly customer service, great food at the 1910 restaurant.

Wonderful area ... we stayed here after attending the Pablo Cruise concert at The Kent Stage, which is just one block away. Great restaurants and shopping all within a couple of blocks of the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and provided great instructions regarding use of the parking pass. We would stay here again.

The hotel is placed right downtown and close to the university which makes it the perfect location both for business and vacation. It is elegant and clean, with highly professional and friendly staff. I enjoyed staying there very much!

This is by far probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There was a gentleman at the front desk named Jonathan. That was absolutely polite and very informative and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Very clean, great location.

Had booking issues, hotel rep accomidated my change of date request and then hotel manager switched it back without even calling or emailing me. When I checked in after my long drive, I was told I had to reservation and the manager altered my stay without even notifying me

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now (excellent price and location, comfortable enough rooms, friendly service), and this was our first chance to try out the indoor pool. While everything was clean and neat, be aware of two things: we were there during a heat wave and it was even hotter in the pool room. Like, uncomfortable to be there. Also, the floor tile is super slick and we were slipping on it just walking normally. We would not stay here for the pool again and would probably just go to the KSU Student Center and pay for a day pass for their pool.

Wonderful stay. Great area. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Beautiful area.

Perfect for our trip to visit Kent State. we were able to walk to the university and there was an EV charger in the parking garage as well

It was absolutely gorgeous! The room was impeccable, the outdoor patio was so inviting. My daughter is going to Kent State in the fall, and I stayed one night for her orientation. Will definitely be back.

We stay multiple times a year always excellent!!!
However have had moments of loud conversations in hallway but is excepted and doesn't need intervention from front desk
