Perfectly central. Staff accommodated our walking-challenged family member by changing booked room to ground floor with minimal stairs. Staff also suggested changing our room to be next to her room. A good idea as we were able to lend a helping hand. As we were placed in the coldest room due to its location, we were given over and above an air-con, an extra heater, which solved the problem. A really convenient stay, thank you
Central within walking distance to restaurants
There were customers coming in at 4h in the morning and were very loud for a long time. They sorted them out the next morning

Location and secure parking
This hotel cannot be rated as a 4 star. Needs a lot of maintenance and upkeeping.
The available tv channels are very restricted. Electrical connections are very outdated and limited. Towels need replacement. Carpets is worn out. Shower heads need to be upgraded. Single ply toilet paper. It seems that no upgrading has been done since start up.

It was very cold.No heating.I had to get my sleeping bag from my car but was still cold,so did not sleep well.Bar was closed but staff did manage tovget ne bottled water from bar No visible security in place day or night.I had to call and waited long before gate was opened on arrival.Could not open blinds.TV did not work
Took a while for someone to open the gate , don’t know where he/ she was .The Linen was dirty, carpet in room wasn’t cleaned, general carpet going to room wasn’t vacuumed or brushed at all was terribly dirty.

Tvs only got 2 of 3 channels advertised channel. No proper movies, music or sport channels. Can atleast provide the client with those three

The rooms was nice, but the breakfast was great especially the omelet!😋😋. It was nice and quiet we actually was the only guest staying for the weaken
Two things I was surprised that's not in da rooms, 1 a microwave and 2 the TV was open view, not even dst or a smart TV. I also saw the staff didn't check to see if there enough coffee, milk and sugar everyday.
