It actually was very uncomfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was cold because while eating my cereal the waiter brought out the main course. It was cold when I eat it.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that I was on the 2nd floor. Nobody asked me where I wanted to be checked in. I am 55 and have a back problem. The room was too small for three people.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere calm and relaxing. The location was convenient, and check‑in was straightforward, which made our overnight stay pleasant overall

Cons:

We arrived late and unfortunately found that there was not enough parking space available. The hotel had already parked other visitors inside, which meant we had to leave our car behind theirs. This made it impossible for us to sleep in, as we had to wake up early to move our car so as not to inconvenience other guests. While the stay itself was fine, the parking situation was very inconvenient.

I was disappointed in the facilities; definitely was not 4 star hotel. The staff was very helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The place was not 4 stars as advertised. The rooms were in bad condition and carpets looked as if it was never vacuumed.

A Shadow of Bygone Days
Pros:

Central location

Cons:

I booked dinner at the restaurant by phone only to discover that the so-called restaurant was in fact a breakfast room and we had been booked at a restaurant "just round the corner" some 500m away. Hotel reception staff were "disinterested". The barman was untrained. He had to go back to the main hotel 3 times for ice, unflavoured tonic and lemon for our G & T's. Ran out of beer glasses. No wonder it took 20 minutes to serve us. The bedroom was tiny. It barely took the queen double bed. The single lady serving in the breakfast room battled bravely to cope. (Understaffed.) Ran out of butter and waited 5 minutes for fresh supply from the main hotel.
"Faulty Towers" without the humour.

Good stay
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely airconditioning

Cons:

The hotel interior is being neglectes. Bathroom/shower in room needs deep cleaning. You can get better for much cheaper.
