First and foremost,our room was not ready on time. We have been going for some time to this hotel and we used to enjoy it however the room is degrading. Mosquitoes screens had holes, broken sink, sheet was too small for the king bed.Less dishes in the studio.

Unit 11 amazing. Listening to the waves all night. Not bad NO cooking stuff so bring all food and drink. Room clean and private. Hammock was amazing. WiFi very strong. The beach was lovely and the sunsets
Location- the road from centro to Hotel can destroy a car. I went when it was dry. I have NO idea how you would do it after a rain. A lot of uneven road,mud,and rocks.
Needed a lot more shower pressure.
No TV. Bring IPad if you like to watch stuff.
The view is hard to beat! It's a great hotel nestled in the mountains, overlooking a small lake and the sea. We enjoyed our stay!

A little to far of from the main area at Todos Santos. 15 min on tricky dirt roads.
Incredible view. Peaceful and private.
It is very quiet and secluded(which we loved) and also the sister resort was awesome. I would definitely recommend for couples that want to spend time with there love one.
Must have a car to go into town
The location was amazing, it was very chill and the path to the ocean was a little tricky but it was well worth the the trek down. The pool is great space, and the connected sister property has a great pool area too.
I really can’t say anything negative expect maybe the limited amount of parking that does create a challenge when the property is full. The only thing is the road up to the property, the signs clearly tell you how to go there, but make sure you have a car with good ground clearance.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The property offers great value for money, with modern rooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The location is spectacular, probably with the best view of the entire Todos Santos gulf.
The staff is very friendly and always available via WhatsApp, which made everything easier and more relaxing. We also loved the chance to join some of the organized activities, like the morning yoga class, which was such a nice experience. Prices are absolutely fair for the level of service provided.
Another highlight is the direct access to the sea through a small path, perfect for scenic walks, plus the access to a nearby partner property with bar, restaurant, pool, and spa.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is in a rather remote location compared to town, so a car is essential. That said, the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere definitely make up for it.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable views!

The villas have stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the pools are very relaxing. The hotel was relatively empty, so we got to enjoy both pools practically to ourselves. Kudos to César at the front desk, who was always attentive to our needs.
There are several things that can improve: first, the hotel is challenging if you're traveling with elderly parents. The facilities are completely unfriendly for disabled people. One can't seriously run a hotel in 2025 without ramps, elevators, or adequate access for people with mobility issues. Second, the hotel could really use a small restaurant or cafeteria. To solve this problem, hotel staff personally escort you (in a golf cart) to a nearby facility with a good restaurant, but for the price (which isn't cheap), management could really consider adding a place to eat, which isn't a plus, but rather, a need.
