If you plan to do business during day or walk around or visit main points , this Hotel is perfect.
Pros:

We booked hotel due to location as we have some things to do in Sint Marten. Also Hotel is close to City Center, perfect caffe and restaurant, Arnhem Centraal 1 km walking distance etc.

Pros:

De locatie is prima, namelijk midden in het Modekwartier - aan een leuk plein - met leuke ateliers en restaurants in de buurt.
Extra pluim voor de receptioniste die bij de dag van onze aankomst op ons verzoek een andere kamer regelde. Zonder bijbetaling konden wij een paar nachten in een studio verblijven. Top!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück in einer zentralen Lage. Vor dem Hotel ein schönes Café mit schattigen Plätzen.

Cons:

Der intensive Zugverkehr vor der Tür hat mich etwas gestört. Meine Frau fand es aber nicht so schlimm.

A artistitc & creative setting within the hotel's design. A welcome homely feel.
Pros:

The few staff members I met made the stay felt welcoming.

The receptionists were very helpful and most importantly, catered for my son's needs.

I was able to conduct aspects of my work peacefully and professionally at Hotel Modez.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like but the floor in our room could've been a bit cleaner. It needed a bit of sweeping as it was dusty etc. Everything elase was alright for our stay.

Ontspannen en vriendelijk
Pros:

De klantvriendelijkheid, vanwege de extreme hitte werd ons de eerste nacht een studio aangeboden omdat de airco in de loft deze temperaturen niet aan kon. Daardoor hadden we een heerlijke koele nacht. Helaas nacht twee wel onaangenaam met alleen een ventilator, maar er was geen alternatieve kamer meer beschikbaar. Dus daar kon het personeel weinig aan doen. Ze hadden er zelf ook last van. Verder is de centrale ligging en het uitstekende ontbijt een echte aanrader.
