I loved the friendly staff, the clean room, the functioning tv, the view from my room and the astro turf in the elevator, as well as the dystopic mirrors that adorned the 5th floor elevator bay. It honestly was my favorite stay in India.

Pros:

Our stay was fine...the 6th floor open restaurant is good place to be at...the weather was fine and pool side looked amazing. Rooms are good...neat n tidy...spacious enough. The only problem is that they dont provide deluxe rooms with a king sized bed because of which we had to take an upgraded room that costs a li'l more. Otherwise the food is okay for buffet b'fast...not much of a variety but all that is available was tasty.

Good Hotel in a Dusty Neighborhood
Pros:

The usual no frills but comfortable hotel. Best Western manages to maintain a certain international similarity in its hotels and this one at Bathinda too is part of the deal. The included breakfast is good as well. Service is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The ambience around the hotel is of course in stark contrast to the hotel. It is dusty and barren- a bit like Bathinda itself. However, if the focus is the hotel, then rest assured that is good.

Pros:

I 100% recommend this hotel to all business travellers.
They do almost every thing for you. They pick you up from station. They drop you off to station.
They allow you to check in early if your train timing is like that.
They have wonderful restaurant, lavish breakfast bit expensive but delicious food.
Excellent cooperation from front desk but only thing that they have to smile a bit that will complete the hospitality.

Excellent for a stopover
Pros:

I visited Bhatinda in Aug/Sep and needed a place to stay. The Best Western Stella was convenient based on location. It proved to be an excellent choice. The decor, level of maintenance and amenities were as good as anywhere else for a 3.5 Star location.
Rooms were clean, toiletries provided of good quality, breakfast was a buffet with a choice of cereals, fruit, Indian vegetarian breakfast items and also eggs to order.

We (my wife and I) enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when we come to Bhatinda again.
