A localização do entorno é excelente: bem perto da praia, dá pra ir caminhando; em frente tem padaria e na rua de trás supermercado e farmácia.
Café da manhã é completo e a limpeza do quarto ocorre todos os dias. A cama é confortável e a recepção é 24hs.
