Great hotel to pick if you value a convenient location to get around Tokyo
Pros:

The location was very convenient right next to two important metro line. The hotel had 2 convenience stores in the street next to it which made it very convenient to get food and snacks at any time of the day. I chose this location because it was walking distance from a lot of places I like to go to when I'm in Tokyo. It is close to Tokyo Station so a short walking distance if you take the airport bus from Narita Airport.

I left from Haneda Airport and you simply take the train from Takaracho station just next to the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms are small but this is to be expected if you have ever stayed at a business hotel in Tokyo. For one person it's enough as you spend most of your time outside of the hotel, but it was challenging to open my suitcase on the floor fully. The best way is to use the protective cover on your bed that the hotel provides, and to open your suitcase on the bed when you pack.

The water pressure of the faucet in the bathroom was a little difficult to control.
