The hosts where extremely helpful and welcoming and the room was spacious and clean.

Wonderful hosts. Clean and comfortable room. Amazing location. Room felt very safe and secure. Double glazing on windows. Elevator.

Everything here is perfect. The location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and the owners are super friendly and helpful. The shared bathroom was absolutely not an issue, it honestly feels like they clean it in-between each use and there was never any waiting needed. Again, the location is so perfect for a few days in Florence and it felt so nice to be somewhere more local and boutique. There was no aircon but the building was relatively cool and they provided a fan which worked well. I'd 100% recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back!

Je donne 5 étoiles à cet établissement car il remplit parfaitement son contrat pour un hôtel 1 étoile, avec un supplément d'âme historique. Lors de nos deux nuits passées sur place, l'essentiel a été assuré avec brio :
​Confort et Propreté : Un lit confortable dans une chambre impeccable.
​Sanitaires partagés : La salle d'eau est commune, mais constamment nettoyée et irréprochable. Nous n'avons subi aucune attente.
​Un lieu chargé d'histoire : Le bâtiment est un palais du XIIe siècle, ancien atelier de la famille Médicis au XVIe siècle. Le mobilier d'époque et les sols d'origine donnent un cachet fou à cet appartement florentin. Certains diront vétuste, j'y vois une âme.
​Équipements : Le Wi-Fi est lent mais suffisant pour Netflix. À noter : pas de climatisation, ce qui reste parfaitement cohérent avec le standing.
​Emplacement stratégique : Le véritable atout. Dans le meilleur quartier de Florence, à 15 min de la gare.
​Service client : Des hôtes arrangeants et gentils qui ont gardé nos bagages après le check-out.

(Une note pour les voyageurs insatisfaits des prestations : n'oubliez pas que pour exiger un standing supérieur dans ce quartier emblématique et central de Florence, il y a un tout autre prix à payer. Le rapport emplacement/prix ici est excellent).

Me encantó!!! Todo muy pero muy limpio, la ubicación no podía ser mejor, está en pleno centro y todas las atracciones las conocí caminando, el hotel está justo al lado del Puente Vecchio … Los anfitriones súper especiales… Sin duda volveré

Sehr nahe am Fluss und den Uffizien, Altstadt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr freundliche Besitzer. Ich hatte noch ein Bügeleisen benötigt, wir haben sofort eine Lösung gefunden.
Nachts kann es schon etwas laut sein (es ist nun mal direkt im Touristenbereich) aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern + Läden war es leise und schön dunkel.

It was super clean and close to everywhere

The team was great and welcoming. Alessio booked me an early morning taxi for the day of my checkout and they left me a hand-written note confirming the taxi timing. I enjoyed the space and the location, which was central and had old world charm like I hoped. Very positive experience and great value. Would stay again.

The hosts were some of the most welcoming that I've ever encountered, so friendly and so helpful. The spaces were beautifully decorated, in a way that made it very clear that the hosts have a lot of love and care for the property. I was a bit anxious about the heat after reading that there was no air conditioning, but the fan provided in the room was high-powered and kept me comfortable, even in the August heat. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Florence.

Personal que gestiona el alojamiento con sus recomendaciones y atención, la habitación, céntrico aunque zona sin bullicio por la noche.

Le logement était très bien.
