Our standard check in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the reception close at 8:00 pm.
Arrivals outside these hours must be accepted by the property and arranged prior to arrival.
Also, please note a surcharge of 20 euro applies for eventual arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying a surcharge, is 10:00 pm. Not arriving by 8:00 pm without any notice, it is considered -no show-.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Perfetto per qualità prezzo e con host gentilissimi
Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Gli host sono stati gentilissimi dall’inizio alla fine, mi hanno consigliato dove mangiare, che giri fare, mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli tutto il giorno del check out trattandoli con estrema cura.
La posizione è perfetta, si raggiunge qualsiasi punto attrattivo di Firenze in pochissimo e soprattutto ti permette di visitare oltre l’Arno, con dei ristorantini molto più autentici.
Tornerò a Firenze e sicuramente tornerò a soggiornare qui!

Pros:

The location was very good. It was a big spacious room. Many restaurants close by and it is very lively.

Cons:

Had to climb 2 floors to get to the hotel and no AC in the room. It was very hot and the fan was not enough.

Overall, cleans and comfortable, we loved it here! Would sincerely reccomend to friends and family.:)
Pros:

Perfect location, central and could walk everywhere. Room was lovely spacious and clean and the whole hotel was very charmingly decorated. Bathroom was very clean and nice hot shower. Felt very safe. Hosts were so friendly, and provided us with fantastic recommendations and information about the city.

Die Lage ist perfekt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bus und Bahn gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gemütliche, ruhige Zimmer - eine Oase, wenn man aus dem Gewimmel der Innenstadt kommt. Ausführliche und sehr hilfreiche Tipps von den wirklich reizenden Wirten (Restaurants, Cafés, Sehenswürdigkeiten).

Charming, centrally located- with wonderful hosts
Pros:

Hotel Cestelli is a gem! This hotel is centrally located- but feels like a quiet hidden oasis. It’s located in a beautiful historic building, it has the charm of an Italian Villa plus modern amenities. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and so helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well curated. Hope to come here again!

Personale gentilissimo, camera ampia con letti molto comodi peccato per il freddo e la luce.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per muoversi nel centro di Firenze. Vicinissimo sia alla stazione dei treni che a Ponte vecchio.
Bagno di dimensioni corrette con vasca e doccia.

Cons:

La temperatura della camera era troppo bassa e di conseguenza non era vivibile se non sotto le coperte per dormire. La porta che dava sul corridoio era a vetri senza delle tende oscuranti e neanche le finestre le avevano quindi luce in camera per tutta la notte.

念願の部屋。
Pros:

築1200年の建物自体が好きで二度目の利用でした。
内装も調度品もまさにフィレンツェと言った感じです。
昨年気に入った鏡のある同じ部屋を用意してくれて「おかえりなさい」と出迎えてくれました。
オーナー夫妻の奥様は日本人で、とても感じが良く親切です。
イタリア人のご主人も勿論同様です。
サンタ・トリニタ橋（ヴェッキオ橋の一つ下流）に近く、旧市街も徒歩圏内です。
共同のバスルームも極めて綺麗で管理が行き届いています。
部屋も同様、ベッドも何もかも衛生的で安心して宿泊できます。
家具もザ・フィレンツェな感じで、こんな部屋に住んでみたいと思わせる内容でした。
色々なホテルと比較して、何となくですが客層も良いように感じました。

I love my stay here in Hotel Cestelli. So close by walk to everything! Definitely recommen!!
Pros:

The area was really good - walking distance to almost everything. Had a really great time bec of the area and how convenient it is to everything. And the staff are so nice, warm and kind. Will definitely recommend this place.
