Our standard check in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the reception close at 8:00 pm.
Arrivals outside these hours must be accepted by the property and arranged prior to arrival.
Also, please note a surcharge of 20 euro applies for eventual arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying a surcharge, is 10:00 pm. Not arriving by 8:00 pm without any notice, it is considered -no show-.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

ほっとするお出迎え
Pros:

温かなお出迎えをしていただき、旅の疲れが癒されました。
歴史を感じる古い建物、ヨーロッパ的なエレベーター、アンティーク家具…本物に初めて触れ、私も子どもたちもとてもわくわくしました。
部屋は広く天井が高く、シャワー室がありました。使うのにコツが必要でしたが、慣れました。
立地は静かな細い通りに面しており、馬車観光のコースになっているようでしばしば馬車が通るのも素敵でした。
ウフィツィ美術館にはほど近く、朝一の予約にも歩いて行けるので便利でした。

Cons:

冷蔵庫がなかったことに不便さはありました。水を冷やすことができないので、夏はさらに不便と思われます。

Perfetto per qualità prezzo e con host gentilissimi
Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Gli host sono stati gentilissimi dall’inizio alla fine, mi hanno consigliato dove mangiare, che giri fare, mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli tutto il giorno del check out trattandoli con estrema cura.
La posizione è perfetta, si raggiunge qualsiasi punto attrattivo di Firenze in pochissimo e soprattutto ti permette di visitare oltre l’Arno, con dei ristorantini molto più autentici.
Tornerò a Firenze e sicuramente tornerò a soggiornare qui!

Charming, centrally located- with wonderful hosts
Pros:

Hotel Cestelli is a gem! This hotel is centrally located- but feels like a quiet hidden oasis. It’s located in a beautiful historic building, it has the charm of an Italian Villa plus modern amenities. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and so helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well curated. Hope to come here again!
