Uma ótima opção pra quem quer praticidade e diária acessível
Pros:

Uma boa opção de hotel. Quarto confortável, com ar-condicionado, café da manhã bom, com comidas variadas, frescas, e bem gostosas, ambiente limpo e calmo, perto do centro. Roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, opções de travesseiros (alto, baixo e médio) e a cama bem grande. Ducha de água quente, a gás, bem relaxante e satisfatória.

Cons:

A tv a cabo não funcionava além de ter uma luz dela mesma bem clara durante a noite (tive que colocar uma coberta por cima para poder dormir). Quando cheguei, acredito que o banheiro tinha sido lavado há pouco tempo e o chão estava todo molhado, mas logo secou. O que mais me incomodou foi que os azulejos do box estavam manchados (não sei se esfregam durante a limpeza) e fiquei com certo nojo, mas tomei banho normalmente. E o último ponto foi que só tinha uma única tomada no quarto. Ainda bem que estava sozinha, mas achei pouco.

Cons:

Quarto muito ruim. Cortina colada na parede. Móveis velhos. Ambiente com aparência velha, desgastada. Elevador sempre quebrado. Tinha cliente com perna imobilizada subindo 3 andares. Subi mais de 15x de escada os 3 andares. Péssimo.
Não recomendo. As fotos não refletem a realidade.

Fui bem atendido e o café da manhã era bom, porém a limpeza do local deixou a desejar.
Pros:

O café da Manhã era bem gostoso e tinha muita variedade. A localização foi boa, pois estava perto do meu compromisso.

Cons:

O quarto estava sujo, os lençóis estavam amarelados com cheiro de pó e o banheiro era bem pequeno e ruim.

Da limpeza, do quarto, do elevador.
O chuveiro não tinha ajuste e chegava a queimar o corpo.
O elevador não parava por completo no andar, ficava meio abaixo e deva inseguranças de usar.
Tinha barata no corredor.
