Primeiro quarto que a gente chegou o vaso sanitário não estava funcionando, ai nos trocaram de quarto, ai nesse um cheiro muito ruim, banheiro sem papel higiênico, sem cobertores, ar condicionado o controle não funcionava.

Infraestrutura muito boa, café da manhã bom nesse ponto sem reclamar.

Tudo muito bom infelizmente o rapaz que estava no atendimento a noite não devia estar em um ótimo dia, foi meio ríspido ao responder e largou posto com outro cliente ao meu lado que estava verificando se ficaria no hotel ou não por preço, e por ter deixado sozinho ele ligou no jp hotéis e estava mais barato e foi para lá.
Talvez isso poderia ser diferente mais entendo nem sempre temos um bom dia, mais não gostei dessa atitude.

Bom hotel, mas precisa rever as políticas de hospedagem
Pros:

Atendimento dos funcionários. Excepcionais, muito profissionais, bem treinados e dedicados. Nota 1.000.

Cons:

A hospedagem foi para as irmãs da minha esposa e um sobrinho de 4 anos. Elas relataram que, na hora de dormir, o quarto ao lado tinha hóspedes homens que receberam mulheres e ficaram fazendo barulho ao longo da madrugada. Situação horrível e constrangedora. Deveria ser um hotel familiar, mas essa situação passou uma péssima impressão. Lamentável. Espero que tomem providências para evitar situações assim, pois isso derruba a avaliação do hotel em todos os sentidos.

Funcionários cordiais e prestativos, localização boa e central.

Cons:

Estacionamento deixa as chaves dos veículos junto deles, gerando risco e receio para o cliente. Hotel com paredes sem isolamento acústico, dando pra ouvir até o ronco do hóspede do quarto ao lado.
