Incredible
Pros:

Staff & vibe. The little pool was an absolute bonus, plus the views

Cons:

Maybe a note could be put in the bathrooms to turn the fan/light off when going out as I was kept awake until gone midnight as all I could hear was buzzing on my second night. Everything else is 100%

Pros:

Very nicely decorated, rooms presentable and comfortable. Most importantly the people that work there are a credit to the hotel, the two ladies serving breakfast and dinner, and the gentleman that works at the bar (so sorry I forgot to ask your names!) were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We will return because of them.

Lovely Lakes stay
Pros:

Great location between Windermere and Windermere in Bowness so a quick walk to either for food, shopping etc. some great views surrounding the hotel. The bar offers snacks and food until 5pm.
Comfortable lounge with a bar and some games. A skylight and great views, some log burners too so lovely ambience. The pool and sauna on site were clean and well kept, separate changing rooms, not too cold.
Clean and tidy room, it had everything you could need (fan, iron and board etc). The rooms are decorated nicely, with plenty of natural light and space. The bed and pillows were comfy. There are two parking sites available. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in so left the car parked and gave the reception our car registration and walked into town for some breakfast. The breakfast itself at the hotel had a great selection of cooked and cold food.

Cons:

We were asked to pre book breakfast time, the first morning was very busy and we asked for some toast twice and didn't receive this, but did on the 2nd day no problem. I assume as they were just busy. But if the time we opted for was too full they could have asked us to move the time slightly.
The pool and sauna booking wasn't very structured, just a sign in sheet and when other people would be there but to bob by when you wanted access.
The TV has a netflix button but only aerial access so only 5 channels are on offer. No option to cast any TV or watch from your own devices.

A lovely relaxing stay. Have stayed at the hotel before this visit and would definitely return.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, has a relaxed atmosphere and was spotlessly clean. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and super efficient. The food was excellent.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

AMAZING
Pros:

Breakfast was the best Cumbrian full English i jave ever tasted, the sausage especially, we asked for extras and got them without question and with a smile everytime, service very professional and all the staff are so welcoming and humble. Great location with some spectacular views
