Very enjoyable and relaxing stay which was what we came for.
Pros:

Breakfast room and dinner excellent.All the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

Getting rid of that hill to the hotel 😀but we new we would have a climb.

Nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was really good
Staff were super friendly and helpful
Bed was comfy
Up to date TV and access to apps
Good quality breakfast

Cons:

The bedsheets had some rips and holes in them
The heating was on quite high in the bathroom during a heatwave, so the bathroom was quite uncomfortable to use. We did request this was turned down but never noticed a difference
Some days it took quite a while for breakfast to be served. Sometimes around 20 minutes before your order was taken. The staff were always very nice and apologetic about this though, can't fault them
There were some hairs on the bedding and in the shower when we checked in - unsure whether from previous guests or cleaners

A really nice hotel with an amazing view!
Pros:

Lovely view of the lakes and hills. Really welcoming and helpful staff! Elaine and Jackie on reception were very helpful. I lost my earring, when it was found Elaine agreed to post it as we had left the hotel. The Queen size bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast too! It’s also a great location between Windermere and Bowness Pier.

Cons:

Would have liked a wider selection of teas/ hot drinks in the room ( hot chocolate / herbal tea). No robes provided for swimming pool.

Love love love this place!
Pros:

Faultless!! Such lovely ladies on the front desk and caring, accommodating breakfast attendants. The room was super clean, modern and utterly impeccable for the price!! We will definitely be staying here again, thank you so much.

A nice base
Pros:

The breakfast was dry. Rooms were a bit dated, bathroom was lovely.
Quite expensive for the quality of hotel

Cons:

Better quality breakfast, newer rooms. Someone was having a party in the room upstairs and we could hear it and not sleep for a while
