Os funcionários foram todos muito educados, nos trataram muito bem. As recepcionistas, o guarda do estacionamento e os garçons do restaurantes.

Cons:

O hotel é bom, mas acho que não vale o preço que cobra. Achei a taxa de pet muito cara tb. Deveriam deixar visível o valor já na hora da reserva no booking.. só nos foi informado o valor após o check in.
Pagamos 375 reais para 3 pessoas se hospedarem (ou seja 125/pessoa), e 280 por 2 pets (ou seja 140 reais/pet)... acho isso desproporcional.
Isso pra mim é relevante, já que viajo sempre com meus pets, e portanto numa proxima viagem não volto a me hospedar no hotel.

Infelizmente em nosso quarto o Ar Condicionado era muito barulhento, aparentando falta de manutenção.
