Both the floor and the room had a strong smell of smoke, despite being designated as non-smoking areas, and the room phone was not working. In addition, the glass surfaces in the room were dirty, and one of the amenity packages had already been opened, which is completely unacceptable.

These conditions are far below the five-star standard I paid for and expected. It is extremely disappointing that the hotel refuses to provide a refund despite these serious issues. Furthermore, based on my experience, I do not consider this hotel suitable for families at all.
