According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Na recepção muito confuso na entrada entre o que foi comprado pelo bucking e hotel e valor do estacionamento cobrado vá mais na saída

Na chegada confusão de quartos e estacionamento no booking estava valor diária 15 reais no pagamento foi 20 cobrado
Gostei das pessoas da recepção que foi com quem tive contato, no mais não tive contato com outros membros da equipe. Café da manhã simples mas funcional, sem muitas opções ou novidades.
A limpeza é um problema, o quarto até parecia limpo, porém tinham baratas pequenas por toda parte, fechei a porta e tinham 3 baratinhas andando na parte de dentro, no banheiro também. Chuveiro ruim, iluminação péssima, quarto escuro demais.
Gostei do excelente café da manhã e do hotel tambem. Otima localização e fácil acesso...ok.
Falta modernizar mais...por ser antigo, com carpete em corredor, se corre risco de alguem chegar bebido com cigarros e deixar cair no carpete...
