Reclamação para manutenção melhoria contínua.
Pros:

Após constatar o mal funcionamento do ar condicionado do quarto 306, equipe da recepção conseguiu me transferir para um quarto menor, porém que possuía ar condicionado funcionando.

Cons:

Tive problema com o ar condicionado do quarto 307 que não estava funcionando corretamente. Acredito que estava sem gás e não conseguia resfriar o quarto.


Estacionamento para motos é impraticável.... as pedras dificultam a dirigibilidade colocando em riisco de tombo, não permitem apoiar o pé de apoio/ de estacionamento da moto nas pedras. Colocaram umas tábuas, no entanto eu não consegui subir com a moto nessas tábuas devido ao peso da moto e instabilidade de manobras. Necessário fazer um piso liso, nem que seja só de cimento.

Infelizmente o estacionamento é essencial e não voltarei mais devido a esse item.

Gostaria que qndo víssemos o hotel que fosse realmente o conforto que escolhemos e pagamos antes quanto ao by Nacional in foi maravilhoso mas... pelo site fiquei em lugares horríveis....como caverna do Diabo .. .pipa... etc . Vamos confiando em vocês Obrigada.
