Pros:

O café da manhã conta com muitas opções, sempre maravilhoso. A localização é boa, no centro da cidade e com vários restaurantes na proximidade.

Cons:

Os quartos estão bem cuidados, mas melhorias são necessárias, tendo em vista as instalações que aparentam ser bem antigas.

Funcionários educados e atenciosos

Cons:

1) O colchão era mole, velho com molas barulhentas e desestruturadas que te atiram para fora da cama. Os travesseiros péssimos e sem outras opções. O cobertor fininho e puído.
2) A taxa para pet, consta no site Booking “Pets permitidos. Custos adicionais podem ser aplicados”, deveria ser alterado para taxa pet R$110,00, pois é comprado logo na entrada e não tem nenhuma relação com possíveis danos causados pelo animal. Tenho pet idosa que viaja com a gente desde 2020 depois de operar a coluna (logo não pula, não sobe em nada e dorme na cx de transporte), já estive em hotéis com “possíveis taxas” e as mesmas são compradas no check out se tiver danos – logo nunca fui cobrada. No caso foi cobrado no check in, valor fixo sem devolução na saída ou seja quesito obrigatório, logo deve ser descrito de forma correta para que o hospede não fique sem opção. Coloquem: “Pets permitidos com taxa adicional” e a informação estará correta.
