Funcionários incríveis, estrutura ruim.
Pros:

A educação e atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional. Todos são extremamente gentis, educados e agradáveis. Me hospedei com minha pet e fui muito bem atendido. Também disponibilizaram pote e tapetinho higiênico para ela. A equipe é realmente muito prestativa! Pedi travesseiro extra e não demoraram nem 2 minutos para trazer.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto estava abaixo do aceitável. O secador do banheiro tinha crostas verdes de sujeira. Os rejuntes do box estavam encardidos, toalhas manchadas. O quarto também precisa de manutenção: tomada soltando, móveis quebrados. Telefone do quarto não funcionava, tive que ligar no telefone do hotel para conseguir falar na recepção.
