Da gentileza dos funcionários, da localização e da comida.

Cons:

Precisa melhorar o Wi-Fi, pois como fui a trabalho tive certa dificuldade em reunião on-line. Somente após solicitar ajuda do funcionário consegui resolver o problema. Aliás, o funcionário foi perfeito na resolução da questão. Iluminação no banheiro melhor para maquiagem.

More of a business hotel than one geared towards tourism, it offers great value for money. The hotels own restaurant offers meals that are reasonably priced and the breakfasts were some of the best I've encountered on my travels in Brazil

O hotel fica numa região central da cidade de Natal, próximo ao shopping, o hotel tem uma estrutura um pouco antiquada. Possui estacionamento gratuito.

Cons:

Eles têm um check-in via site, ou seja, se você não tiver celular ou noa preencher antes você nem se hospeda no hotel, um absurdo.

Gosto do hotel pela localizacao.
Gostei da agilidade quando precisei trocar de quarto.

Cons:

O hotel nao tem cobertor. Apenas uma colcha que nao esquenta.
O barulho dos corredores é insuportavel, tanto dos hospedes quando dos funcionarios e camareiras.
O hotel deveria avaliar e ter politicas de silencio nos corredores. Isso atrapalha muito quem chega de madrugada e quer dormir ate mais tarde.
Uma sugestao seria melhorar a vedacao acustica dos quartos.

Cons:

Apesar da cordialidade, simpatia e presteza, não gostei do barulho elevado dos garçons conversando entre si no período da noite perto da cozinha. Acho que deveriam receber um treinamento especial neste sentido. No mais, estão de parabéns.
