Furniture is all cracked (mirror, sliding door mechanism, doors were somewhat repaired after cracking but can see stains on 'em), the toothpaste kit was not in a plastic bag i.e. you have a feeling that it has been used, the bathtub is dirty, no toilet brush (though we asked for one). There is no breakfast on the premise (though it's brought from outside) and there is no access with baby strollers (you gotta pick it up yourself up the stairs to the elevator).

все удобства имеются, близко от центра, админы классные, в целом очень понравилось

Hotel mignon qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel qui cherche à faire plaisir.

L'hôtel est propre mais mériterait d'être mieux entretenu. La chainette de sécurité de la chambre 54 était cassée. Une des fenêtres ne fermait pas bien (le gong supérieur avait disparu) créant des infiltrations visibles de pluie sur le beau parquet (quel dommage). Dans la salle de bain, la douche présente des joints vétustes + présence régulière de remontée d'égout.

Leider gibt es kein Frühstück mehr . Ich bin schon 10 mal in dem hotel gewesen, alles war immer super. Aber saß kein Frühstück mehr angeboten wird ist ein echtes Manko. Klar manche gehen raus zum Frühstück aber ich liebe es im hotel zu frühstücken. Aber man hat mir morgens Kaffee gemacht .Ich hoffe das das restaurant im hotel wieder aufmacht.

The location was amazing right in the centre
Very close to transport links and main sites. Good breakfast places in walking distance and also not far from Karakoy port (approx 15min walk)
The onsite coffee shop was a delight with very good cofee and lovely atmosphere.
Staff were very good. Always polite and helpful anytime of the day.
There was underfloor heating which and the beds were so comfy, we had a fantastic stay and would really like to say thank you to all of the staff that were working during our stay.
The pictures are true images of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was perfect, surrounded by charming cafés and lively bars in a beautiful neighborhood, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly stood out.

Both the room and the hotel itself were beautiful, well-maintained, and very inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Уютное и спокойное место, куда хотелось бы вернуться!
Pros:

В общем расположение отеля очень удачное, выбирали между районами фатих и истикляль, и не прогадали. Вышли - и сразу можно гулять, масса разных кафе, ресторанов на каждом углу.
Искали "под старину", но свежий, и так и оказалось, номер в стиле 18-19 веков, но светлый и чистый. Пол в ванной комнате подогреваемый, у нас была ванна, этаж 3 (при условии что 0 этаж как ground floor). Вид из окна на руины, но мы и особо не находились в номере. Кстати, окна есть даже в ванной, и от них много света.
Я считаю, что это очень удачный отель и я бы еще раз сюда приехала.
На ресепшене брали постоянно вкусные леденцы, и в баре дали классный чай для заваривания.
Доброжелательный персонал.
Фотографии прикладывать не буду, т.к. снимали на видео.
Отель рекомендую.

Cons:

Можно было бы добавить завтраки (хотя они там есть за доп.плату), чтобы были включены в стоимость. Иногда хочется проснуться и пойти сразу перекусить и выпить кофе.
Также можно было бы улучшить - жалюзи, они старые. И фен, если честно, очень маленький - не совсем понятно, что им можно посушить, слабоват.
