Pros:

The suite we booked was truly spacious, really comfortable and the bedding was of fantastic quality. Housekeeping is very good. Receptionists extremely helpful. We loved the ambiance, pity only that the rooftop was closed.

Great, highly recommended.
Pros:

Great location. Many restaurants, bars and vintage stores just around the corner. And relly near of Istikal.
Highly recommended, ar the time i was travelling, it was quiet and relaxed stay.

First time in Istanbul
Pros:

The location was excellant, if you are driving yourself, there was a car park across from hotel. We were there during the first week in Janurary. Heated flooring was excellant and a wonderful surprise.

Room size perfect. Loved the high ceiling.
Breakfast was included.

نظيف جدا وهادي مناسب لمن يحبون الانتيك السرر مريحه وغير مستهلكه والحمام دافي الكوفي لطيف جدا
موظف الاستقبال متعاون وعامله النظافه ( Gimal) ودوده ..

Cons:

لايوجد اطلالات في الشرفه الموقع قد لا يعجب البعض في حاره ولكن تجاريه وتدخل فيها السيارات بسهوله ..
لا يوجد عامل للمساعده في حمل الشنط
الافطار مخيب للامال بارد قليل بخيل
ولا يستحق ثمنه ..

Hotel in a great location
Pros:

Hotel location is simply great. Room was spacious and bed really comfortable. WiFi was working pretty well. Don’t miss the terrace with view over Istanbul on the 6th floor. There is nothing else but the priceless view.

Cons:

Room cleaning was kind of weird. There were missing towels since day two or for the floor or the small one. No information if water in the small bottles was free.

The hotel is beautiful, just as the pictures. The rooms are spacious, we stayed at a studio and was very comfortable, a big bathroom and very classy. We stayed for 8 days and were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us in a very trendy area close to small shops, neighborhood cafes and restaurants and also close to major shopping streets. If you can handle walking uphill and on cobblestone streets, You can walk everywhere and enjoy to see everyday life in Istanbul. Very safe all the time!

Cons:

Just recommendations as it was a perfect stay: more staff willing to speak English or communicate with a translator app as we tried to speak Turkish. We were lucky that Ihsan was at the time of check in, who speaks perfect English and was extremely welcoming and would assist us every time he was at the property.

Сам отель старинный, винтовая лестница, лепнина, вы выдержано в стиле прошлого века. Очень удобный матрас, чистое белье, приветливый персонал. Отель располагается в двух минутах ходьбы от Истикляль. Будьте готовы, что по ночам может быть шумно, но это Истикляль и по другому здесь не бывает

​I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel is very old and looks nothing like the professional photos shown on Booking.com. Here are the main issues we faced:
​Check-in & Rooms: The check-in process for 7 rooms took over two hours! The rooms are extremely small, outdated, and many items were broken. The walls have zero soundproofing; we couldn't sleep at all due to the noise from the street, cars, and the nearby nightclub which was incredibly loud.
​Breakfast: The breakfast was terrible and lacked variety. On several days, there were no eggs, no fruits, and they even ran out of tea! The breakfast area is tiny and cannot accommodate a group if everyone comes down at the same time.
​Housekeeping & Amenities: Room cleaning was neglected for an entire day. Basic amenities like drinking water were often missing (either forgotten or intentionally not provided). No slippers were provided for the room or bathroom. There were also not enough clothes hangers.
​Facilities: The central heating was inconsistent and kept cutting out. One of the two elevators was constantly delayed or stuck on the 5th floor. Also, the balcony is so small that two people cannot even sit together.
​Guest Service: During rainy days, the hotel didn't even have enough umbrellas for the guests.
​I do not recommend this hotel at all. It was a very poor experience and definitely not worth the price paid.
