Everytime I stay here the service is second to none. This time I ordered room service, and my server Brianna was so polite, kind and very helpful. When placing my order she made it easy to talk with and convey in what I wanted and she delivered it with care. Not only the presentation of my food was flawless so was the taste. Everything was covered when it arrived. I am very pleased with the service I received all around. Thank you Brianna for your exceptional customer service.

Jace and Analiese in the cafe are the sweetest! Great personalities, very friendly and accomodating. I had the breakfast burrito and it’s was delish!

The service is great HOWEVER the accommodations are horrible. We came to KC for valentines weekend. on Thursday night our first room smelled like raw sewage and we had to ask for a room change. The 2nd night we had no hot water and was told the boiler was having issues. The 3rd night still no hot water and had to take ice cold showers. I spoke with management a d was told I would be receiving a credit which would be left at the front desk. No such envelope was left for us. I do not mind paying close to $400 per night for a clean hotel with good service but this experience was beyond ridiculous. I could have stayed at a basic chain hotel for half the price that offered hot water and did t smell like sewage. Reviews were great which is why we stayed here but it was a horrible experience

Hailey and Analiese were great in the cafe this morning! They had run out of burritos, but promised more in 20 minutes. When we came back down, they remembered our order and even went is search of more peppermint tea!

Hailey and Analiese were wonderful and suggested the oatmeal crème pie latte that was amazing!!

Amaliese and Hailey made my breakfast at the front café on Valentine’s Day so effortless and enjoyable—I couldn’t stop smiling! Their attentiveness and friendly care made the experience truly special. I’m even laughing in my Valentine’s heart sweater, soaking in the joy of the morning. These ladies went above and beyond, making both the food and the atmosphere delightful. Highly recommend stopping by for their wonderful service! 💗👸🏻

We recently stayed at The Fontaine Hotel in Kansas City for a quick staycation getaway as part of our 20th wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day celebration — and it was absolutely perfect.

We’re celebrating 20 years by doing 20 awesome things, and this stay definitely made the list.

The interior design alone rivals many hotels in the city. From the moment you walk in, the aesthetic is elegant, modern, and thoughtfully curated. Our suite was amazing — spacious, beautifully styled, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The rainfall shower was a highlight and gave the entire stay a luxury, spa-like feel.

Our stay included a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch and set the tone for a relaxing evening. The next morning, we chose breakfast in the café, and Hailey and Analiese provided top-tier service. They were attentive, warm, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Between the hotel itself and all the things to do in the surrounding area, it made for the perfect romantic getaway without ever leaving the city.

We will absolutely be visiting again. Highly recommend for anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, or any special occasion.

Hotel has a great vibe. We loved the coffee area perfectly designed for a relaxing atmosphere. Coffee collection is great and Gowri did a fantastic job by serving a great one.

We were in KC for a Dr appt and decided to make it fun by staying at The Fontaine. We had bfast downstairs. Hailey and Gowri were great! Food was excellent. We will be back to The Fontaine.

I’ve rarely had such a fun and easy check-in at a hotel before. These three staff members were so welcoming and friendly to my colleague and I traveling from Fort Lauderdale. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. We both felt that they really went that extra mile to make us feel comfortable so far away from home. Not to mention that it was Brian’s first day and as a teacher, I can tell the trainers were doing an excellent job setting the bar high for him. He did great as well, we wouldn’t even have known that it was his first day until they had to teach him something in the computer lol!
Later that night we also had a great experience with the bartender at the hotel bar- Joey. The service was amazing and we had a great time!

I held a dinner program, including a presentation, at The Fontaine. I was very happy with the event, and I intend to continue conduct business there. (This is my third year using the property for our meetings.)

- Alexandria Foxwell, Conventions Services Manager, was prompt and helpful
- Camille and her banquet team provided excellent service: everything was ready on time and as requested. They were detail-oriented and responsive
- The food was top-notch
- The hotel provided complimentary parking for the attendees
- Encore provided AV as specified, and was available had we needed troubleshooting
- The space met all of our requirements
- WiFi was fast and reliable (we had 20+ participants using it simultaneously)

We spent the past Friday and Saturday at this property. It has been more than a couple of years since our last visit and we were very pleased with the experience. The front entrance isn't the easiest to find or navigate but once arrived we were set. Checking in was actually fun interacting with Tashae who made the process lively and informative. She is a gem and learning my wife was celebrating a birthday and we were in town for our granddaughter's first birthday we were treated like royalty. I mentioned we had dinner reservations on the Plaza and she reserved the shuttle for us which was extremely convenient.

We didn't visit the gym or the rooftop even though Tashae provided us with a $25 gift card. I realized I had left a book in the room after leaving so doubled back to the hotel and Tashae expedited a new check in and key allowing us to get back on the road. All personal encounters we had with every staff member during our stay were uniformly positive.

Although we requested two extra pillows it was for naught as not a one of the six was even decent. The basement parking area is certainly convenient as I self parked but the directions leave much to be desired within the lot.

Honestly may be the best service I’ve ever experienced
