Wonderful place for a girls' weekend!!

Excellent location. Close to many things... restaurants, activities, shopping, many within walking distance. The staff was amazing!! The front desk staff, Ryan and Tinisha, were very welcoming, friendly, and so helpful!! The room was amazing. Comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Exceptional customer service from Ryan and Shomari
Pros:

From the moment I checked in, Ryan and Shomari made my stay at The Fontaine exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, funny, and genuinely kind, making the entire check-in experience enjoyable.
When a little snafu came up with my reservation, they handled it quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. Instead of making it stressful, they made me feel like I was truly taken care of. Their willingness to go the extra mile and make sure everything was resolved meant so much.
Outstanding customer service like theirs is hard to find, and they are a huge asset to The Fontaine. Thank you, Ryan and Shomari, for turning a potential inconvenience into such a positive experience. I truly appreciated your help and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely summer stay
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay at the Fontaine the check-in and checkout staff were both particularly helpful especially Ryan and Tinisha. Our waitress at the restaurant (her name is escaping me) was so great with my food allergies and very attentive . She made it a great experience. We also got upgraded to a suite which was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall would return thanks to the kind staff and great rooms!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in the Fontaine
Pros:

Een mooi hotel met ruime kamers in een nette buitenwijk van Kansas. De dames achter de balie (Shomari, Ryan en Lake) waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad op het dak was heerlijk. De ontbijtzaal is eenvoudig, maar je kunt er een prima ontbijt bestellen.

Great hotel near many locations!
Pros:

The Fontaine is lovely hotel, for so many reasons. It’s conveniently located in the Plaza and walkable to many good restaurants and shops. It’s quiet, the elevators are fast, and you have options for self parking or valet. The room is well set up. What makes The Fontaine fantastic, in my opinion, are its staff. Everyone we encountered was so helpful and nice. Especially, Tamara and Shamari at reception. They are warm, kind, and caring. They really made me feel welcome and appreciated. I’ll remember my stay because of them. :)

Great value on the Plaza
Pros:

Had a great experience starting with Lake & Shomari at the front desk. The bartender at Nine Zero One was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere overall.

Great visit at The Fontaine!
Pros:

Ryan and Tamara checked us in and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome! Set a great tone for us right away. The room and the ambiance of the whole space is gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again!

Har ikke så mye positivt å si utover at det var greit rengjort, OK hyggelig folk. Bra beliggenhet.

Cons:

Det var ingen frokost lenger. Kun en enkel lösning ved resepsjoonen som jeg ikke synes kvalifiserer til å kalles en frokost for et slikt sted. Terningkast 1 for frokost. Rommene virket slitne og ikke vedlikeholdt på lenge.
