The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room is clean.. The shower was dated and had mold spots in it.
Everything else was good

Cons:

It was in the area we wanted to stay in and the stores around it were a plus as well

Pros:

The location was fantastic! The front desk people were absolutely amazing so nice and helpful ! The restaurant was incredible and the waitress was fantastic!! Will stay again when coming back for Karate Tournament next time !!

Cons:

The elevators were sounding very rough and squeaky, very unpleasant riding it.
