Pros:

Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Indoor pool was nice. The building smelled nice and clean. The front lady that checked me in was great and very nice!

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that the pictures shown on here was of a balcony over looking the creek. Which the room we got had a balcony overlooking another building. That was very misleading.

Was a good deal for the money.
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were right in the middle of all of the attractions and could walk if we would like to.

Cons:

The only thing that somewhat bothered us was a little smell in the hallways. The room was clean and smelled good, the towels and bathroom were great, and the bed and pillows were clean and smelled nice.

The worst costumer service ever
Cons:

The woman who checked us in was absolutely rude and changed our room to one without a balcony. My husband went to talk to her about the room change and she denied that we had paid for a room with a balcony, she then caught an attitude with him saying he had no way to prove that we have paid for it, cause she had changed all of our booking information. She was also upset because we had two children with us, saying the room we booked was not appropriate for us and our children ( one was a baby sleeping in our own personal pack n play and the other was our 5 year old whom was sharing a bed with us.) we stayed one time before and that it was a good deal and decent location. I will never be a customer for them again and will not recommend friends or family to stay there.
Side note there was someone else’s food in the fridge still and the fridge barely worked.

We enjoyed staying there very nice place to stay. If you like to walk it's right on the main road
Pros:

We loved the little sitting area near the river. Loved watching the geese and ducks with her babies. Very quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

Wish the bathtub was bigger, it also needed a handicap rail to make it easier getting in and out of the shower.
The only thing we didn't like was the chlorine from the pool. The smell was too strong, it took my breathe every time we left or reentered our room.
