Location was convenient

Cons:

The room was not that clean. Bedding was stained. Breakfast was gross.

Pros:

Location was easy to find.

Cons:

Expected to have a view of the river. We were put in the highest room and the furthest away, 5th floor. And ice machine is on the second floor. Food was not hot. Needed to be heated in microwave.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean .

Cons:

There is no fitness center it is an elliptical that is rusty and a bike that is torn up. Mold and mildew on the carpet in the commons area. Breakfast was not a breakfast and closed up before 9am

Would stay here again. The the location is perfect!
Pros:

Location, king bed, next to the river. Loved the seating (rocking chairs) near the river.

Cons:

A bit outdated; front staff not very friendly. The door leading to the back would not open at all, which defeated the purpose of being in the river.

The breakfast was lacking needed a better variety
and set up plus more space for seating

Cons:

Front desk staff on Saturday and Sunday was very rude and unfriendly. Didn't know how to go about getting new linen and was treated very rudely and unprofessional when asking for guidance. A sign posted in room or at front desk where you could see it informing you about linen would be a big help

It was ok . But we would not stay there again.
Pros:

It was clean. The balcony was nice .

Cons:

The lady at the desk was not welcoming . The breakfast was awful . There was never enough food . If you were not there at 7 am , good luck getting food .
