Pros:

Chegamos e embora o banheiro tinha um pequeno vazamento fomos imediatamente trocados de quarto inclusive para um melhor, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos.

Atendimento péssimo da atendente, durante o check in, a qual despreparada para a função e descortês com o cliente, o qual alegou que o Booking não registro meu pedido especial junto ao hotel.
Meu pedido especial foi que, sendo idoso, gostaria de ocupar apartamento no térreo, uma vez que o hotel não possui elevador. A atendente criou embaraços para atender, precisou de um funcionário interferir em favor do cliente.

O Hotel não é um Hotel Quatro Estrelas conforme aparece no Booking !!
Pros:

O Hotel tem uma boa Localização, ficando próximo do centro de Uberaba!! Só gostamos do Chuveiro do Banheiro !! E do estacionamento para carro !!

Cons:

Do Café da manhã que parecia de produtos reaproveitados de outros cafés da manhã (Ruins) !! O quarto estava extremamente sujo (Chão do banheiro encardido) e roupas de cama amareladas !! Inclusive tinhamos uma outra reserva na volta de nosso destino e cancelamos a mesma !! E o Hotel não tem Elevador !!

Boa localizacao! Quarto extremamente limpo!
Pros:

Limpeza cafe da manha

Cons:

Falta de elevador! Porta do banheiro de vidro clareando o quarto a noite. Falta de cobertor. Falta de toalhas. Funcionarios da recepção frios, nao sao receptivos.

Pros:

Da localização e cordialidade do funcionário da recepção, porém no café da manhã, o funcionário embora eu tenha pedido ovos as 5:30 e o café da manhã iniciar às 5:00 h, tive que esperar até às 6:00 h da manhã para comer ovos.

Cons:

Achei o hotel muito velho café da manhã muuuito fraco. Opções de padaria sem praticamente nada de qualidade. Não havia suco natural, só de caixinha. Não havia um iogurte natural tbm somente opção adoçada.
Na reserva não havia menção de cobrança de estacionamento. Estacionamento super caro. R$40,00 . Decepção
