Aceitável, mas já foi melhor.
Pros:

Já me hospedei outras vezes e nesta ultima vez senti uma queda na qualidade do hotel. Ainda vale a pena por ser um hotel com comodidades para crianças, é limpo, a equipe de atendimento simpatica, e serve refeições (almoço/janta).

Cons:

É perceptível a queda de qualidade do café da manhã, antes bem fresquinho e com variedade de opções. Também parece que falta manutenção no hotel. O quarto que ficamos era de frente com a rua, perto de uma rotatória, então o barulho, especialmente nas madrugadas incomodava bastante.

O hotel é conchegante o café da manhã e maravilhoso!

Cons:

Ficamos horas esperando para fazer o Check, chegamos no sábado às 15 hs e só fomos para o quarto às 17:45, perdemos o dia!! E ainda para piorar a televisão não pegava nenhum canal!

Atendeu ao meu compromisso mas não voltaria.
Pros:

A localização é muito próximo da rodovia anhanguera e o local conta com estacionamento. O hotel em si conta com uma boa estrutura de lazer. Realmente para um hotel três estrelas isso é bem raro. O preço é absurdamente satisfatório e o local é bem tranquilo.

Cons:

Cobertores não são lavados, pois os nossos tinham cabelo de outras pessoas. O banheiro era tenso kkk o teto era de PVC tudo solto e amarrado com arame... A ducha é precária kkkk a água dela é muito boa, mas a estrutura era bem ruim... A piscina não é limpa, ela é clorada, mas limpa não. Eu pisei em vaaarios tufos de cabelo dentro dela. O café da manhã é bem simples e algumas coisas tem gosto de envelhecido.
