Pros:

Perfect location in 15 minutes from any place in Pattaya. Very good quality Customer Service. Every day room cleaning. Perfect breakfast and good restaurant downstairs.

I would say great place to stay.
Pros:

Everything was good, breakfast, swimming pool, room, staff

Cons:

At time of check in they ask for deposit of 1000 Bhat, that was not an issue, but instructions which they give scares you like if this broke will charged this and this broke it will charged this. Which I feel little uncomfortable.

Generally a very tired Hotel, not a 4 star we paid for 2 weeks but only stayed a few days and moved to a more up market
Cons:

Floor surround of pool very dusty and also our bedroom. Bathroom needed re-grouting & updating. Not enough sun loungers near pool. There was no bar.

Everything good swimming pool closes at 8pm
Pros:

Clean and awesome service

Cons:

I had booked three rooms so I have to pay 3000baht (cash )
After you check out these cash becomes useless when you go back to airport after check out . They should make SECURITY DEPOSIT reasonable for booking rooms more than one.

great hotel but too many issues that will never be resolved

Cons:

To many times interrupted through the night by certain clients of hotel bringing back ladyboys and not paying them and causing trouble on floor also talking loudly when they come home from a night out and not caring about other guests also i booked for 6 nights bed and breakfast and the first morning went for breakfast and it was like feeding monkeys at a zoo so walked out and never went again so i can’t tell anyone if it was good food or not but this could be a great hotel but i wont be back
