B2 Sea View Pattaya Boutique & Budget Hotel

We liked the place very mutch klean close to the beach

Basic but very clean, the bed is hard but thats quite normal in Thailand

The view is good higher up you stay. The hotel is comfortable but there are no chairs in the room's, and no restaurant.
The staff are friendly and very helpful

Nice but the rooms were in need of decorating. There were 5 of us in 3 rooms and all were in the same condition. Also the lighting was quite dim making shaving a little difficult. Convenient for the beach and the staff were nice.

비치 바로 앞이어서 시간날때마다 바다에 가서 놀았어요. 주변이 조용하고 저렴한 마사지가게들이 많아서 좋았습니다.

The staff were very friendly, but I found the room was not clean and a bit run down. The glass door did not close properly and there were salamanders in the room and the bathroom tub was pretty beat up

Stayed for 1 week. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious & very clean. Some nice restaurants & the beach within walking distance.
Check-in processes need to be improved. We (& two other unrelated bookings) arrived far too early for check-in, but when we returned later at the actual check-in time of 2pm, all groups still had to wait at least another 20 minutes for rooms to be ready.
Suggestion: hotel should make an arrangement with Olive Tree (hotel next door) for outdoor pool access for guests.

Very friendly staff, good location and great sea view for the price.

Tres belle vue sur l mer mes la chambre une catastrophe

Trop loin de tout et aucune facilité de plages chaises longues. Balcon avec très belle vue mais aucun mobilier pour en profiter. Odeurs égouts dans la salle de bain.

Reception efficient, room clean and quiet, location perfect.

Affordable price, spacious room, good location but need to improve found a piece of hair stuck in the shower and bathtub too old and peeled off.

The room was not clean properly. The hot water machine was not working. The toilet area was dirty and leaking water on the floor. The staffs were nice in the beginning but that’s it. Go to the other b2 in the area at lease the room is cleaner.

Location (4/5) :
the hotel located a 5-mins walk to Na Jomtien Beach, it's convenience spot, close to local restaurants, and shops.

Room (4/5):
Superior Premier Seaview (#707). Room is facing to the other resort but the balcony have a wonderful sea view.

Service/ Staffs (5/5) :
Better well trained compare to my previous stayed. F/O , The guy who work in the afternoon (24 Jun) was very polite and helpful. As well, the hotel called after c/out that I forget the staff in the room, even it's a small device (camera remote).
The H/K was very nice and sorry that she did not checked the room properly before I c/out.

Ok hotel only thing it’s a bit hard to find foods and laundromat near by other then that ok place to stay for a night . Nice staff great infact 😀

Absolutely great place, not a photo from the outside but inside everything you need, nice clean room, friendly staff, excellent location right on the beach. Wifi a bit flaky at times but otherwise highly recommended, should really be charging much more for the rooms!

Next time in pattaya, I’m gonna stay here for sure

完全にタイローカルのホテル。
宿泊するだけならば問題ないが、内装はきれいとは言えない。シャワーの水圧もあまり強くなかった。
