A localização boa e o esforço dos funcionarios em tentsr ajudar, apesar de nao terem conseguido.
O banheiro alagava toda vez que tomava banho.. O telefone do quarto nao funcionava para falar na recepção. O salão de café da manhã nao suportou o fluxo de hospedes de manhã, formando fila para tomar o café da manhã
Atendimento ótimo, próximo ao shopping estação, café da manhã bastante completo e das 6h às 10h
Ar-condicionado e aquecimento no quarto não estavam funcionando. Quarto um pouco escuro.

Abrir e fechar a porta com o cartão... hoje não consegui fechar a porta quando fui tomar café... deixei a porta só encostada... tem hora que não consigo com o cartão...

Prédio velho e descuidado, chuveiro leva uma eternidade pra esquentar e é um sofrimento pra ajustar a temperatura, a pia também, não fornecem toalha de rosto...

O café da manhã é bem servido com boas opções de frutas, pães e bebidas. Início às 6:00 da manhã que é muito bom para quem precisa fazer uma viagem.
É muito bem localizado
TV é bem precária , apenas alguns canais abertos e quase nenhum canal a cabo . Na verdade a TV é péssima. Mesmos após solicitar o apoio dos funcionários , não foi possível a TV funcionar. As cadeiras da sala do apt são bem antigas com aspecto de muita sugeira
