Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalispell

Staff was very friendly and arranged an early check-in. Bed was comfortable & rooms were clean. Will stay here again.

Amanda at the front desk was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She greeted me by name when we walked in the door. She sent us an extra blanket and pillow for the kids on the sofa bed (rented a suite) without even asking her.

We stayed there over Thanksgiving, and you would never know it was a holiday from a staffing standpoint. The hotel is impeccable, and the food is delicious. The best part is the staff. They make you feel like the only guest in the building. 10/10z

You could not ask for a better facility and certainly not better staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I travel extensively for pleasure and business. This is my favorite hotel for both.

I have stayed here many times on business over the past 2 years and would recommend. Every stay has been consistent. Never had an issue. Pretty much has whatever you need - indoor and outdoor fireplaces i enjoy sitting by most nights, complimentary breakfast that has many choices and is actually quite good, pool and jacuzzi, gym that is a step up from most with cardio, some free weights and one universal type machine, meeting rooms. If you want wild loud drunken Las Vegas like hotel - probably not your choice. Pretty quiet and quite a few families.

Located near lots of stores and restaurants - costco, walmart, a great sporting goods store, theaters, mod pizza, panera, wild wings, McDonalds, chick fillet, bbq, sports pubs, crispy cream, etc…. all the “essentials”. Whitefish easy drive if you want to go there. Best is the staff, especially the front desk, who are willing to bend over backward do anything they can to help. Even the maintenance guys and housekeeping are friendly! Maybe something in the water?

Not the Four Seasons in Monaco but you won’t be disappointed with your stay.

We had to check out before breakfast was served, but staff let us help ourselves to any food that was out.

Probably the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at, but definitely for our week long road trip.

It was great, just very expensive for what we got. Room was decent. Pool was decent. Breakfast was yummy. Every staff member was nice.

Is generally my go to spot while in Kalispell, never having a problem before. We live in Missoula but my son recently moved to Kalispell and we plan to visit and stay at least once a month. I had a non refundable room and ending up slipping & falling on ice, injuring my knee and needed to be seen at Bone and Joint Urgent Care. I am having a hard time walking which is affecting my ability to drive/travel to Kalispell for wrestling. I reached out to the hotel asking for a credit or to change my date 28 hours before checkin and the employee was extremely “short,” essentially telling me too bad. On the app it said within 24 hours the hotel can change your date. Sounds like it is at the discretion of the hotel. Considering the extenuating circumstances and still wanting to stay but move my date in the next few weeks for a different wrestling meet, I thought the hotel
Would have been more willing to work with me. I have worked in customer service my whole life and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I have stayed at Homewood this last November, December, and would have been January, with a future plan of February and March. I will take my business elsewhere for February and March. I have had better customer service with Marriott. There are plenty of other hotels in Kalispell.
