Pros:

必要なものがきちんと配置されていて快適でした。
お風呂が良かったです（特に保命酒風呂）
夕方の来客にフロントのご厚意でレストランを使わせてもらった。
今回レストランを使う時間が無かった。次は利用したいです。

Cons:

窓からの景色は残念でした。（屋根しか見えなかった）
観光案内が置いてあれば良かったです。
レストランの入り口に食事内容の写真が欲しかった。

概ね満足。また宿泊したい。
Pros:

前回朝食を食べなかったので、今回は是非とも食べたかった。評判通り味に一工夫あり、とても美味しかった。レストランのスタッフもとても感じ良かった。喫煙所にいて出勤される従業員のかたも感じ良く挨拶された。

Cons:

部屋のトイレの便座を温かくする機能があればよい。ベッドの照明が明るすぎて寝られないので、調整する機能があればよい。

Nice stay in Fukuyama
Pros:

Very good value for money! Convenient location right next to the train station. Nice onsen, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room! Fukuyama Castle was partly visible from the window of my room.

これだけの値段で泊まれるのならまた利用したい。
Pros:

スタッフの対応は細やかであった。宿泊日一日前にも関わらず、確保できたので良かった。最上階でロケーションが良かった。部屋も清潔で良かった。値段が安かった。

Cons:

トイレの便座が冷たかった。ウオシュレットが壊れていたのか、水が出なかった。

朝食　美味しかった。
Pros:

朝食が良かった。
入浴施設の保命酒ツボ風呂が良かった
ロビーで24時間　コーヒー　お茶　ハーブティーなどの飲み物が無料であるのがとっても良かった。

Cons:

室内着　枕など、バスタオルなど一通りのものは部屋に置いてあることを大きく買いておいて欲しかった。全部持って行ったら、部屋にもあり、拍子抜けた。
