숙소가 역과 가까워 좋았어요

Cons:

1. 침대와 화장실이 가까워 자는 내내 화장실 냄새를 맡으며 잤어요.
2. 채식주의 음식이라던데 조식이 보기엔 좋았으나 너무 맛이 없었어요.
3. 침대가 꺼져서 일어나니 등이 아팠어요

親切なスタッフでした。
また、何か聞いても明確な返答で良かったです。

Cons:

臭い。
枕が全ておじさん臭が酷かった。
このホテルを使うの4回目ですが、今回は得に酷く
部屋に入った途端臭くてビックリした。

清潔感があるホテルでした。
福山駅から近く利便性は良いと思いました。

Cons:

良くないと言うより、ホテルを出て戻ってきた時、チエックアウトの時、受付スタッフの方々の『いらっしゃいませ。有り難うございました』などの挨拶がありませんでした。もったいないなと思いました。挨拶はサービス業で最も大切な事だと思います。頑張って下さい!!!

細かいところに気を付けてあった
Pros:

朝食が美味しい。携帯の充電器があった。飲み放題のジュース等。部屋も清潔だった。バスタオル等に余裕があった。

Cons:

お風呂の洗い場、ロッカー等が少ない。もう少し広くてもいいかな。

駅にも近く、温かみのある宿泊ができた
Pros:

従業員の方がとても感じ良かった。
併設のカフェが従業員も料理も温かみがあった

Cons:

コインランドリーが少なく混み合っていたし、湿度が高く、結露が滴っていた
