The location.
The room was honestly the worst room we could have had in the whole of the hotel. Outside our room door was a nightclub with a gated barrier that went on all night from 12-6am could not sleep at all The first bedroom window lead to the club the flashes lights would come in the room and you could hear everthing, people talking glasses smashed and music. To sit on a sunbed in the hotel you had to pay, staff was rude and very unhelpful made us pay 5 euro to keep our luggage in a storage room. Room check out was 11am Was told by 1 member of staff we can’t shower after 7:30pm to be then told later on it’s 8pm however girls were still using the shower, very un helpful staff didn’t care you was staying there everything was Chargeable. They locked up the pool early which meant to get to the beach you had to walk all the way round, towels given by the cleaners were for children or for ur hair. For the price of this hotel I wouldn’t even bother

الأثاث متهالك و قديم و لا يتوفر روب ولا يتوفر سليبر و عند طلب اي خدمه مثل كاويه الملابس يتم طلب تامين 20 يورو و رسوم استخدام 5 يورو لا يعقل هل انا في فندق ام شقه !!!!! لا يوجد هاتف للاتصال بالاستقبال يلزمك الذهاب بنفسك الى الاستقبال ازعاج متواصل من المطعم المجاور للفندق لا يوجد عوازل في الغرف خدمة النت جداً سيئه و بطيئه

Het hotel had de perfecte locatie en een ideaal terras.
Het zwembad was betalend, dit werd NIET bij de reservatie vermeld, noch bij het inchecken.
