O quarto 23 tinha barulho de bomba d'água muito forte de estalo de relógio. Eles do hotel ilha até poderiam dar outra opção de quatro mas como fiquei poucos dias permaneci no quarto 23 mesmo.

As paredes do quartos são bem finas, então vc escuta tudo dos outros quartos e da área da piscina. Checkout inflexível, cobrança de até 50% do valor para extender checkout, informação passada na chegada, nem solicitei, pelo contrário, fiz chekin bem mais cedo.

Café da manhã tardio! Em época de passeios como avistamento de baleias 99% dos passeios pedem para que cheguemos as 7:30 da manhã! O café da manhã do hotel começa às 7:30. Perguntei a possibilidade de tomarmos nosso café as 7 e falaram que não era possível! Extremamente inflexíveis.

Hotel acolhedor, bem organizado e funcionários educados e solicitos !
Pros:

Hotel bem organizado e quarto espaçoso, café da manhã bem servido ! Localização até razoável próximo de praias famosas como Ilha das Cabras, Curral e Praia Grande!

Cons:

A limpeza ficou um pouco a desejar, não houve a troca das toalhas e nem reposição do papel higiênico mas os funcionais foram solícitos quando foi pedido a reposição
