Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff. Room was very clean and spacious. Classy elegant place and beautifully renovated. Breakfast was lovely too.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a lot of noisy children (noise late night and early mornings) staying at the same time as us which took away the luxury/boutique/classy/quiet feel of the hotel that we were really looking forward to. We did not use the pool or the communal spots due to this.

Tot! El disseny dels espais, cuidant els detalls tradicionals amb la modernitat, la comoditat de l’habitació, els detalls del personal (cada nit et deixen un snack de bona nit), la piscina, l’esmortzar… es un lloc molt autèntic, amb un disseny molt cuidat i un servei molt atent. L’esmortzar es complet, i cuinat al dia. Si bé no hi ha buffet, ni gran varietat de coses per escollir, tens 5 opcions per escollir. La piscina es molt còmode per refrescar-se, sobretot pels nens, i poden jugar còmodament i vigilar-los fent un te o cafè. L’estada ha estat, simplement perfecte. El recomanaria 100% i tornaria a Noordin Mews si tornes a Georgetown.

Le service est digne d’un 5 étoiles ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Chambre nettoyée et rangée plusieurs fois par jour avec à chaque fois petites intentions, biscuits petits présents.
Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable.
La piscine est très agréable et jolie.
La situation géographique est excellente vous avez un street food à 3 minutes à pied ultra clean , grande table, ventilateur, toilettes exct..on y mange très très bien 🤩
Je recommande cet endroit même si il le prix est un peu élevé.

Perfect cosy place full of charm and character
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel full of character and charm. Very quiet with an ideal location within walking distance to the Heritage part of Georges town. Lovely staff and great breakfast. The decor is beautiful throughout and all the little attentions make the difference. Having a good size pool to refresh ourselves after a long day exploring the city made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cons:

I would have appreciated to be able to be offered a later check out without an extra fee as the room was not occupied on the day we were leaving. However they charge you for late check out.

La gentillesse du personnel aux petits soins pendant notre séjour !
Proche d’un centre commercial et pas trop éloigné du centre historique (15mn à pied)
Petite piscine mais bien agréable pour se rafraîchir.
Bonne literie.

Cons:

L’établissement accepte les animaux,
Il est regrettable que certains clients laissent aboyer leur chien.
L’absence de place parking en nombre suffisant mais le personnel de l’hôtel nous a bien aidé pour nous garer

Top quality boutique hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

This a vey well run boutique hotel in lovely George Town. Everything was spotless with exceptional attention to detail. The breakfast was beautifully presented using local and fresh ingredients, much nicer than a buffet in our opinion! Rooms were lovely!

Cons:

Nothing really although there were quite a few dogs. Don’t have a problem with dogs but some were barking a lot which spoilt things abit. This would put a lot of people off esp as it’s a boutique hotel.

Staff非常友善，我们一到就帮我们介绍了整个槟城的一个哪里好吃哪里好玩，还给了当天庙会的一个地图，详细说明了每个区域都应该去看什么。第二，走之前那天我们是寄存了行李，晚上回来的时候就是拿了行李，他也帮我们拿进拿出。总之，staff非常棒，酒店的环境也非常棒，很有当地的特色。总之就非常满意了。

Pros:

Vriendelijke mensen. Algehele comfort en service was erg goed. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Hele mooie ruime en schone kamer. Lekker zwembad. Veel persoonlijke aandacht voor gasten.

Drankjes die je apart bestelde waren best prijzig.

Ruhige und wunderschöne Oase im hektischen Penang.
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes, stilvolles Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das gesamte Hotel lässt die englische Kolonialzeit wieder aufleben.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück ist in der Preisklasse noch Luft nach oben.

Hôtel parfait !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Chaque élément de décoration est choisi avec soin.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et très accueillant. Nous avons reçu de nombreuses petites attentions qui nous ont vraiment fait plaisir.
Le petit dej était délicieux.
Et l’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds. Nous avons adoré
