Zur Zusatzfrage "wie ruhig war es im Zimmer":
Im Zimmer selbst und im Hotel war es sehr ruhig; Wofür das Hotel nicht verantwortlich ist, war der Baustellenlärm von außen.
Das Badezimmer könnte eine "Auffrischung" vertragen.
