Gosto muito desse hotel e me sinto muito bem e segura nele .

Ambiente familiar, funcionários prestativos e gentis.

Cons:

A geladeira do meu quarto, estava desregulada e sem o botão que regula a temperatura. Congelou minha agua, refrigerante e lanche natural.

Bom, porém cuidado ao reservar pelo booking, pois as informações não chegam.

Cons:

Não gostei da confusão que mora entre o hotel e o booking, o que acaba gerando desconforto e constrangimento para os clientes. Reservei 2 quartos, sendo 02 pessoas em cada um. Na hora do check-in essa informação de dois por quarto não constou no sistema no hotel. Ou seja, é péssimo ter que comprovar o que fez com tanta antecedência e cuidado para nao passar por esse tipo de problema.
