Icis Villas

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase! The property is far enough away from the capital to ensure peaceful surroundings, but for the same reason a rental car is recommended if you plan to move around the island frequently.

Keeping in mind it is only a couple years since Irma, this place could still use a little love. It has all the makings of an amazing location and ambience, but seems to be lacking any real passion to make it great. The staff was ok, and our room and the pool were relatively clean. There are no other real food options close by and we waited too long for a subpar meal, which was way overpriced. We left too early to "enjoy" the complimentary breakfast.
We woke up to NO WATER in our room (and most of the property) and a staff that was clueless as to why and what to do about it. The grounds are beautiful and the infrastructure is there to make it better...just needs quite a bit more effort.

Wonderful place that is very isolated and quiet. Just a very short walk to one of the nicest beaches on Tortola. On days when there are no cruise ships it's one of the most peaceful places I've been.

The property was lovely and secluded. It felt like a personal tropical paradise. The property had beautiful mature plantings and a nice pool. On-premise dinner was excellent (remember to reserve your spot ahead of time) and the in-room kitchen was handy for nights you wanted to keep it low key / fend for yourself. The staff was kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. The beach is a quick walk away and has a beach bar for drinks and lunch / snacks. Also loved the resort cats. Having them welcome you back after a trip to the beach made it feel like home.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay in this secluded tropical Paradise. The staff were among the nicest people I've ever met in my life. The plants were gorgeous. Dinner selections are generally just two items but always delicious. For a relaxing, beautiful, secluded getaway I could not more highly recommend.

The property is locally owned and run. Miss Agatha cooked us a wonderful dinner when we arrived later in the evening. Couldn't have been more accommodating. We'd stay there again

Even though the property is still under renovations from the hurricanes the staff and management did everything to make our visit comfortable. The food was fabulous! The beach was spectacular and a short walk from the hotel. Thank you all so much!!

HOSPITALITY in all caps! Everyone was just lovely and fun. Loved the laid back vibe. We left the French doors of our villa open all day with a great view of the pool. Just perfect.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The people were very friendly. They made us feel right at home. The location was by a beautiful beach great for snorkeling or swimming. For snorkeling check out all parts of the bay. We knew a continental breakfast came with the room but we did not know dinner was available if requested before noon. Dinner was great. The only issue we had was finding the place. Most people take a taxi but we rented a car. There are no street signs on Tortola so we kept asking people for directions. Staying there made is worth being a little lost at first.

A beautiful tropical getaway. If you want to experience a different view of Tortola, the Villas offers you quiet beauty.

Nixe setting. 45 min from airport. No cell service. WiFi very spotty. Dinner scheduled for 7:30 didnt get served until 9:00. $50 cab to airport.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are big and clean. The food was outstanding. We loved the place

Very Peaceful and quiet. The staff are most helpful. Beautiful walk to to the beach. If you want to party and have a variety of amenities, go to Cane Garden Bay. If romantic, peaceful experience, this is the bomb.

They are going thru remodel from hurricane. Understanding ahead of time might provide some compassion. They were extremely accommodating.

I don't have anything else to add. The owner and staff were remarkable.

Stayed there from the 3/15-3/17/19. Loved the fact that it was away from everything. Across the street from the beach. Staff was friendly and courteous, especially Sandra, very humble and helpful. Only thing was, couldn't access wifi from room, had to go downstairs. Wasn't an issue this time, because I went for rest and relaxation anyway. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is still recovering from Hurricane Irma, as is the rest of the BVIs. The spacious grounds are full of flowers and fruit plants and staff member Beverly gave me a tour of the gardens. They just refilled the beautiful pool as we were leaving, and charming Brewer's Bay and it's gorgeous beach is a short walk down the road. Our room was pleasant and the AC was quiet and worked well.

Icis Villas is a hidden gem in Brewer's Bay. It is very secluded and the immediate area (1 mile) offers very few restaurant options. If you want your own personal beach, this is the place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I had a very pleasant sleep the night of February 22, 2019. No real breakfast (coffee yes), limited dinner, but the location to me was ideal.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very nice. But for the price per night of $200.+ you expect everything to be in working order or else discount the price. Example: Pool not operational; satellite signal not available in the room; A/C not working and not much hot water.
