Important information:

Four superior double rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility are available.

Children can only access the indoor pool from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Renaissance Esthederm Spa: Two massage cabins, a gym, a hammam and an indoor swimming pool are available for your well-being. Children and seniors up to 16 years old cannot access the spa between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m and from 7 p.m to 9 p.m. From July 1st to September 6th, access will be closed to them.

Outdoor swimming pool accessible depending on weather conditions.

A good hotel but not great!
Pros:

Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows! Good location and efficient and friendly staff.

Cons:

Apart from the pillows everything else was ok. A variety of things for breakfast but the staff at breakfast needed to be better trained. Tables took a long time to be cleared. Cutlery and dishes were not always available to pick up and had to be asked for.
However pool staff were very helpful, organising something for me to eat that wasn’t on the menu.

Comfortable hotel with plenty of choice at breakfast. In a good location with a short walk to the city centre
Pros:

We had a room facing the swimming pool which was a good size for a city with comfortable bed. It was a bonus to have a swimming pool to cool off in at the end of sight seeing days

Pros:

Bel accueil, chambre confortable, personnel serviable et aimable, restaurant sur place très agréable, piscine très appréciable, ... Nous reviendrons !

Heerlijk verblijf in de luxe
Pros:

Uitermate verzorgd en grote kamers, is heerlijk. Zwembad erbij, is iets minder groot dan op de foto, maar je kunt er heerlijk bijkomen, met extra personaal daar aanwezig die oa een bar beheren. Ontbijt te veel om te kiezen. Goed bereikbaar t.o.v. centrum.
