Four superior double rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility are available.
Children can only access the indoor pool from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Renaissance Esthederm Spa: Two massage cabins, a gym, a hammam and an indoor swimming pool are available for your well-being.
Children and seniors up to 16 years old cannot access the spa between 08:00 am and 10:00 am and from 6 pm to 7 pm From July to September, access will be closed to children. Outdoor swimming pool accessible depending on weather conditions.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable, attentionné et poli.
Piscine intérieure et extérieure propre et bien dimensionnées

Cons:

Juste dommage que la salle de sport ne soit pas accessible aux enfants de moins 16ans, et qu’il y ait eu un petit problème avec le ménage de notre salle de bain résultant en l’inondation de nos trousse de toilettes.

Great hotel, wished we had more time to stay longer.
Pros:

Everything. It’s a fantastic hotel, clean and well kept with amazing service!

Cons:

Not enough staff at breakfast. You could feel they were stressed which made the entire breakfast atmosphere stressy.

lits petits mais confortables . parking spacieux . emplacement plutôt pas mal

Cons:

propreté et vétusté des parties communes (moquettes des couloirs très sales); vétusté du spa (il manquait même des barreaux à l'échelle de la piscine intérieure) , pas digne d'un 5 étoiles...

Situation géographique pour la visite d'Aix au top. Chambre confortable. Restauration à améliorer

Piscine de bonne taille et accessibilité aux chaise longues

Cons:

Lobby petit et peu convivial
le restaurant: personnel dépassé et non réactif avec pour excuse de se rendre à la cave pour trouver une bouteille de vin
Bonne qualité du repas mais avec des ruptures: pas de frites ou plus de cookies par exemple et tarif élevé
Le petit déjeuner: cher pour l'offre.
De plus, impossible de trouver une table à 9h du matin. Aucune aide du personnel donc errance au milieu des tables en attendant une disponibilité.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel! Beautiful and spacious room. Great facilities and pool area is ideal for the whole family. Great staff, very friendly and dogs are always welcomed! Walking distance to the gorgeous town centre, with lots of bars and beautiful restaurants.

Cons:

Spa area not available for under 18 year olds

Un 4 étoiles mais pas un 5 étoiles
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, le coin piscine sympa et le personnel est très bien aussi

Cons:

Le séjour a été gâché par des chambres familiales avec des lits de 140, trop petits pour nous et indignes d’un 5 étoiles. En équipement et décoration c’est un petit 5 étoiles mais le staff est sympa et le coin piscine agréable.

Hôtel très bien situé et très agréable.
Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. L'hôtel est très bien situé à 5/10 minutes à pieds du centre ville de Aix.

Cons:

La piscine est un peu petite.

Worth it for location!
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Less than 10 mins walk to the centre. Spa and small gym were an added bonus. Family room was large and clean.

Cons:

Pool was smaller than it appears in pictures. Feels smaller with lots of children and families inside too. Restaurant was nice but expensive, same with the spa treatments.

Pros:

Établissement de bon standing. Bonne literie. Les chambres sont grandes. Le centre d’Aix accessible à pied.

Cons:

Les photos de la piscine sont trompeuses. L’environnement est trop suburbain (le long d’une autoroute urbaine). Un peu déçue par les prestations annoncées.
