Nothing it was perfect for what we looked for

Well, the beach bar. It didn’t open until noon so if you want some water or coffee it’s not available. No shops nearby either. It’s also open to the public so hotel guests can be waiting a while to be served.
We weren’t overwhelmed by the facilities for the price. One water slide , one pool. No real adult area to lounge.

Slight negatives that I had were mostly things that are just different in Europe…that I am not used to. For instance, I love ice with my drinks, we got it upon request however the only ice machine I saw was at the lobby of Places by Hvar and it was never working or was out of ice from others using it. Furthermore, I would like to have additional places to fill my personal water bottles throughout the resort, such as water fill stations in different spots. We were always able to fill at poolside/beachside bar so it wasn’t terrible, I just feel that there could be more options to fill water bottles throughout the resort.

There is a complete lack of security and privacy, as anyone from the street or beach can freely enter the resort. On our first night, while we were at reception, a person came in and called the police, remaining on the phone for almost 30 minutes. Since the conversation was in Serbian or Croatian, we could not understand what was happening, while the reception staff acted as though nothing had occurred and refused to provide any explanation.

The surrounding area feels no better than two-star quality and looks neglected and stuck in the communist era. The restaurant tables are dirty, and although the resort presents itself as a “green” four-star property, the bathroom towels are frayed and look extremely dirty, possibly because of the eco-friendly detergents. No proper bathroom amenities, sink was cracked, only a basic 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash. The jacuzzi in our room was also cloudy.

We had booked two nights, but after the first night, we wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We discussed all our concerns with the manager and supported every complaint with photographs and specific facts. The manager eventually agreed to shorten our reservation to one night and offered a 15% discount on that night a purely token gesture. We requested a more substantial discount, but the resort refused. We made it clear that we would not leave the matter unresolved and would contact Booking.com for assistance. In my opinion, responsible management should have offered a refund of at least 50%, but that is another issue entirely.

Paying approximately €764 per night and receiving services comparable to a two-star motel, apparently justified by calling the resort “eco-friendly” is simply unacceptable. Fortunately, Booking.com stepped in and offered us €300 in credit as compensation. The resort is also full of British guests, and I genuinely cannot understand how they can appreciate or rate this place so highly. Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I would never return.

Half board buffet was chaotic, unhygienic (kids putting fingers in everything) and not good value for money at all.

Det er helt klart et familiested og poolen er et vandland, så ikke et sted for teenagere eller voksne. Vi brugte dog mest stranden, der var super hyggelig. Der er en nabo hotel, som er for et lidt ældre publikum. Der var alt for mange katte i restauranten. Kattekillinger der hoppede op på bordet og næsten angreb børn, der sad og spiste. Dette gør, at jeg ikke kommer tilbage igen.
