Good hotel in Belo Horizonte..
Pros:

I had been to this hotel before and thought I would stay again after eight years. For value, I think it still holds up. I was on an upper floor so it was quiet. Location was OK for me with a lot of variety of places to shop and eat. Taxis are always available close by. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

A qualidade do atendimento inicial ficou bastante a desejar. Primeiro me colocaram num quarto com uma "turbina velha e barulhenta" no lugar do ar-condicionado. Depois me direcionaram para um quarto que já estava ocupado por outro hospede (detalhe que eu consegui acessar o quarto e só lá dentro vi que tinham pertences indicando que alguém já estava no quarto). E depois de meia-hora ou mais é que finalmente consegui me instalar corretamente!
