Cons:

No WiFi , no breakfast, insecure room, not enough blankets, slippery bathtub, AC didn’t function very well, fridge didn’t work. Very dirty curtain

There were bugs, the Internet did not work, it smelled like nicotine the whole night, it was dirty, the ceiling had a big crack going down the middle with wallboard exposed.

Dreadful place , it should be $30 a night max
Pros:

Very scary room with stains and splats on walls, dirty doors and doorframes. You can see that no one cares about the upkeep of this place. No flat sheets so you gotta go under poop color blanket I doubt anyone washes. Flimsy lock, no hair conditioner, furniture from 70s, I could hear the neighbor snore the whole night, I’m sure he heard me too.

This motel turned out to be a great choice the room was tidy and had everything I needed the bed was cozy and made it easy to unwind the heater worked perfectly and kept things comfortable the bathroom was clean and bright parking was simple and right nearby the morning coffee gave me a great start to the day i left feeling rested and happy

I don't think there were bed bugs.
The shower worked.
The AC worked.
The toilet flushed.
There's a liquor store right next to the hotel.
I didn't get shot.
As of a week after my stay, I'm still not showing any signs of serious disease.

I was assigned a room at check in. Here's what I experienced when entering the room:
The AC was turned off so the temperature of the room was in the 80s.
It smelled of curry chicken mixed with cat pee, stewing in 80 degrees for hours or days.
I immediately left to go ask for another room. Unfortunately, I had set my bag down in the room. The staff was nice enough to assign me a new room but I had to retrieve my bag. Upon doing so, I immediately vomited due to the nasty smell. Fortunately for the next guest I was able to do so on the front patio rather than in the room. I suspect the cleaning staff may have overlooked this but maybe the buzzards and rain took care of it.
My new room came complete with a poster taped over the hole in the bathroom door. It had dirt(??!!??) stains on the ceiling and walls. It had a mild scent of smoke / BO / curry. I made the mistake of walking on the fake wood floor without shoes for a couple minutes and it turned the bottom of my feet black.
