Was clean staff was helpful
Pillows were not very firm .

The hotel has been restored true to the original character of the historic building. Situated in the heart of the city. In site parking was a real bonus
Our original bedroom was above the gaming room. We had to change rooms due to the level of music from the public areas. The staff were extremely helpful in moving to a more comfortable and larger room

The building itself is nice and it's in a central location.
TV didn't work, bed was very uncomfy, room was tiny and pretty depressing to be honest.
It was a hot day and room was cool.

Very grand 19th century building that was just lovely to walk into.
But the food was a real letdown. The tortellini was tough, and the large serving of barramundi was served with a thick curry sauce made with a supermarket curry powder, Th asparagus had been microwaved far too long, and the tortellini was rubbery and chewy. Disappointed...

Super location right in the centre of Ballarat. A very large, very quiet and very comfortable room. Bathroom was a good size and spotless. Lovely big towels and nice toiletries too.
