Horrible room and hotel in general. We were happy with how they finally resolved the issue
Cons:

The ceiling collapsed in the stairwell from our bathroom leaking and the hotel wanted to put down a bucket. They only switched our room after much insistence on our part. Staff did not attempt to clean up the stairwell without maintenance, so it went hours without a bucket or even a caution/wet sign.

There were broken beer bottles outside on their property, there was blood on the banister that took a while to be cleaned up. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny. The staff did finally upgrade our room because of the bathroom, but it took a lot of push on our end.

We were happy with the room upgrade, but switching rooms in the middle of a short vacation with kids is a hassle and took away from our vacation time. We probably won’t choose to stay here again.

Nothing. My reservation was for 2 nights. We couldn’t stay after the first night.

Cons:

Rips in bathroom floor zero amenities hot water in bathroom sink didn’t work.

It's lower level.
Pros:

Great location close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Accommodations were fair. The photos look much better than what you get. If you want something for a few nights on the cheap, this will do. It's the bare minimum.

Steps, and waist of money, I was told a King, got a queen instead! VERY UNHAPPY !!!! Never again and not recommended for my dog. Rip OFF…. Small steps easy to fall down.. pictures deceptively, NO POOL!!!!!

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Location good, but you sacrifice for it. Can’t even open room door half way because it hits the bed. Have to turn sideways just to move in bathroom because it is so tiny. A/C is in the bathroom. Have to keep bathroom door open to get air. If you open bathroom door it covers the TV. Not exaggerating. There was no bulb in bathroom light because prio bulb was broken off and jammed. Had to keep tv on just to have a light at night.Bulb socket wide open in a bathroom. If someone is coming out front door when you are trying to come in, the landing is so narrow you could knock someone Down a flight of cement stairs to the sidewalk. Stay if you have tolerance and good medical insurance. I fractured a toe just getting in the tiny shower because there was an 8” piece of wood across the threashold

Pros:

Budget hotel, but reasonably priced. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but it was only for one night! Not a great place to go if you can’t carry your luggage up multiple steps actually sets of steps.

The location was excellent. Im thankful the air and shower worked. The room inself was fairly clean.

Cons:

The room was the size of a closet. Barely big enough for the bed. The toilet did not flush correctly. We had mice in our room every single night.

Pros:

It’s an old beach hotel. Yes the room is small but the facilities are kept clean and it’s 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Perfect place to sleep and grab a shower, the rest of the day is on the beach.

Affordable, spacious rooms close to the beach
Pros:

Amazing location, close to the beach and good food places. Nice views, spacious room with microwave and mini-fridge and 2 large TVs.

Cons:

The water pressure was low and temperatures never got above slightly warm so showering wasn't fun.

Ceiling was moldy. TV was not connected to WiFi and the password at the unmanned front desk didn’t work. Tv was not connected to local channels either. So don’t plan on using the TVThe bed and bathroom appeared to be clean.
