Alessio and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful!. Always greeted with a hello and a smile.
We had two rooms and both were clean and comfortable. They were also helpful with suggestions for restaurants and directions to various landmarks.

The staff was very friendly very accommodating, and we appreciated their kindness as we navigated being away from home and in a different country. The room was nice and clean and great location. Wonderful breakfast included along with discount happy hour next door. They were very helpful in ordering taxis and making reservations.

The hotel is very nice, and each room was laid out well. The staff is really the highlight prior to the trip they did some amazing things with helping to book a few tours and transportation to and from the hotel. The breakfast is great, one of my children said it was the best croissant she had ever had. The people make this a great place to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Convenient location and luxury rooms with tasteful design. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

Stayed in Rome for my husband’s birthday, The hotel staff went above and beyond to help celebrate his birthday ( A big thank you to Simon) for the surprise birthday cake and fizz when we had breakfast 🥳
All staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful!
Hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance to the metro and most sites.
Especially liked the free fizz and nibbles for happy hour!

From the moment we got there, the customer service was top notch. Miriam was kind and helpful. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day and we enjoyed our stay! Our walks to the big tourist sites were not bad at all! The breakfast was more of a traditional American breakfast, which we enjoyed. They also have a happy hour where you can enjoy small finger foods and a drink (:

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were very hospitable, friendly and helpful and their suggestion for happy hour and dinner next door was greatly appreciated, delicious and convenient. We kept the windows open at night so we could drift to sleep listening to the live music from the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place with amazing staff- attentive and friendly. The room was quiet, spacious, with high ceilings and great amenities, and it is very central and walkable.

Nice location close to Metro. Comfortable rooms a lot of street noise though. Friendly helpful staff helpped arranged transportation from airport for us. Didn’t try the spa so I can’t comment on that but they do have massages available. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning although happy hour was disappointing just some Prosecco and assorted bread. TP & tissues were rough and lacking, not what we’re used to in the US. Would likely to stay here again next time.

An amazing hotel and in a remote location, everything is so close IE trevi fountain, collasium etc.

Lovely hotel stay in Rome. Convenient location, professional staff and good value. The reception is small, but hotel offers breakfast and a happy hour at a restaurant next door. The staff at Cotto was not quite as welcoming and friendly but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Lication and room were perfect. Clean all over. Friendly reception staff , Simone was amazing sorting out Taxi and informing us of all events over our stay.

This is the best location! You’re practically right next to all the attractions and termini. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they even offer complimentary drinks in the afternoon. The rooms are modern and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a fabulously situated hotel, we walked to Trevi, Spanish steps, colosseum, pantheon etc etc all from here. Also the metro is 2 mins away to use to get to the Vatican.
The hotel itself is clean, very well presented, with spacious rooms. The staff however are the making of this hotel, they are helpful, friendly and always ready for a chat.
Would most definitely stay here if I visit Rome again.

Modern, clean hotel with a slightly romantic atmosphere which was perfect for my partner and I during our stay in Rome. The AC worked well, the lighting options were a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast was great. The location was convenient too, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walking access to the main attractions.

The only issue we had was the bathroom door lock getting stuck. Reception were helpful and checked it themselves, although even the staff struggled with it, so I think the lock may need replacing. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time here.

The staff was very polite and kind!! Made out honeymoon trip wonderful!! The food at the restaurant was amazing as well. We got 50mins in the spa and that was like being royalty! Def recommend anyone to stay here! Also central to all the historic attractionsz

Staff was amazing. Room was incredible. Easy access to Metro. Plenty of restaurants and great places to eat in nearby. Food Next Door at the Cotto restaurant for breakfast was delicious and Alessio and the rest of the front staff treated like family. I will be returning and definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.
