The best location, close to all the main attractions — we were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful breakfast, excellent service, fresh towels and made beds every day, complimentary drinks, and even a free aperitivo with music every night. Highly recommended.

What an amazing stay! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Aleesio and the front desk team were warm, kind and accommodating. The location is ideal, close to many things but outside of the chaos. breakfast that comes with this day is delicious and the restaurant for the hotel is also great. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits from!

Small hotel, very central location that allowed us to walk to all the main attractions (took Metro to the Vatican). Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was small but clean and stylish and met our needs very well. Would stay here again

This hotel is in an amazing location walking distance to all major attractions (need bus or cab to Vatican). It felt really safe area to stay in my daughter and I get at home right away. The service from Reception was amazing they are available 24/7 and you can even watts app them to ask questions while you are out and about. I stay in hotels regularly and this hotel was exceptionally spotlessly clean everything was run effortlessly every morning the lady cleaning the room was so friendly and the room was cleaned to very high standard. Breakfast is in the restaurant next door literally in same location 5 steps max and it was lovely we were welcomed always and each day as a resident you can go in for nibbles and a drink for free - much enjoyed after a busy day walking in Rome. My daughter and I were so happy with this hotel and I would return any time and highly recommend.

Firstly, the reception staff and housekeepers are incredible: friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would come back just to see them again. Secondly, the hotel is located in a great spot - you are about 15-20 minutes walking distance from major places and 10 minutes from the train station. It’s perfect: not too crowded or noisy, but still fun and accessible. Lastly, the rooms are beautiful and secure with plenty of light.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were a group of three siblings traveling with our partners, each in separate rooms. Due to a booking mix-up, our brother had accidentally reserved a room at the sister hotel down the road—but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us so we could all stay together. There was a small upgrade fee since the room was nicer, but it was absolutely worth it. You could truly see how hard they worked to make this happen for us.

We arrived early and were so grateful they allowed us to store our bags ahead of check-in, which made our day so much easier. The complimentary breakfast each morning was phenomenal—fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented buffet-style. A special thank you to Genwei (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!), who took such great care of us—bringing espresso, cappuccinos, and even warming up my croissant. That level of attentiveness did not go unnoticed.

The rooms were spotless, and the nightly turndown service was such a luxurious touch—fresh sheets, replenished toiletries, and new coffee each evening made it feel like we were checking into a brand-new room every night.

The staff continued to impress us throughout our stay. When taxis were nearly impossible to find due to a soccer game, they quickly arranged one for us. They were also incredibly responsive via WhatsApp, available practically 24/7 to assist with anything we needed. I even reached out about arranging a couples massage, and they were more than willing to help, despite our packed schedule not allowing us to follow through.

But what truly set this hotel apart was their kindness and dedication: I accidentally left my scarf behind, and with only 15 minutes before our train departure, I had no way to go back. One of the staff members literally ran to the train station to return it to me—we received it with just two minutes to spare. Thanks to them, we made our train. I will never forget that moment.

This hotel exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough—truly one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.

A lovely hotel, in an incredible location which is an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops, tourist locations & public transport.

Staff went above and beyond for us, especially Simone, made the experience incredible. The private spa is worth the visit, again the staff explained everything perfectly.

The room was spacious, any extra items needed (iron for example) was no hassle for the front desk to provide.

It was our first time in Rome and we had an amazing time. The hotel staff were great, really helpful and the hotel was situated perfectly. A 20 min walk from most main attractions, but also close to a tube station for ventures further afield like the Vatican. I would highly recommend Dharma luxurt.

The hotel is in a convenient location with good transport connections. Everything was very tidy and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic but perfectly fine, with nothing to complain about. As we had an early departure, the hotel kindly prepared a breakfast package for us upon request.

A small downside was that we could clearly hear footsteps and some creaking noises from the room above us. Fortunately, this only happened on the last night, between Saturday and Sunday.

Hotel was in a great location and not to far from the major sites. All within 20-30 minute walk with lots to see on the way.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel (18.02-21.02). The location was great — close to restaurants and transport, which made exploring the city so easy.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. After long days sightseeing, it was the perfect cosy place to come back to. All the basics are provided, from coffee - shampoo/body wash - slippers. We had breakfast included in our stay which is provided by the restaurant directly next door, which we used and ate at every morning.

What truly stood out was the staff. They were all incredibly helpful, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. From recommendations of places to visit - assisting with any requests - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than planned not expecting our room to be ready for another couple of hours, but to our surprise it was all ready for us to head up into. As soon as we arrived they went through a city map with us and marked out all the main sites to see which was super helpful. They also helped us with what metro line goes where, which helped save our feet massively.

When you stay in a city, it’s not going to be quiet. If you’re expecting complete silence then cities aren’t for you. You will hear a lot of emergency services wherever you are in Rome which is not at fault of the hotel. The noise level however had no effect on our sleep and we slept peacefully.

We wasn’t able to find any spare time to make use of the spa during our visit, but we’ll be back to try it out!

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Great advice on where to visit and where to eat.
Room was excellent and comfortable. Central location meant all major sites were easily accessible by foot. We used the metro to visit the Vatican and the hotel staff helped advise us on how to do this.
