Good location, nice staff. Quiet hotel.
Pros:

location is great, beds were comfy and couch. Staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and you can’t hear any traffic noise which is amazing.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t very good, only two floors have ice machines.

Didn’t expect to pay for car- but the valet was very nice and polite the young man that was on first floor was very helpful and informative he helped us get the fill of the city- loved the location

Cons:

There is no free onsite parking! You will need to pay $42/night for unprofessional valet parking. Expect a long wait to pick up and drop off your car on Friday and Saturday nights. Also note that the valet will expect a tip each time you pick up your car.

Great location, a bit pricy, but pretty nice overall.
Pros:

Views were great, spacious hotel room and bathroom. Daily housekeeping. Literally a block away from Spectrum Center and most of downtown.

Cons:

Daily $75 "refundable"charge for damages, that usually is taken if you received valet services. Valet services is $42-50 a day if using the services, no free parking at the hotel. Breakfast was basic.
