Pros:

Its was close to alot of places

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that they dont have microwaves in room and you would have to go to 10th floor to warm food up...and also the elevators are super slow

Pros:

The location is great! Very walkable to the stadium, restaurants and bars. The staff was nice. Breakfast was great and I love the fact they changed the menu items each day. The room was very spacious.

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room, the tv was stationed awkwardly - not directly in front of the bed, nor the couch (but I guess it was in the middle of both areas to be seen from the bed and couch), one of the power outlets did not work and we didn’t care for the nonchalant demeanor of the people at the concierge desk when you First Walk Into The Building; but the receptionist at the actual Hyatt desk on the 10th floor were great.

My stay was honestly a complete letdown except for the convenient location to the Spectrum Center.
Pros:

Really the only thing the Hyatt has going for it is the convenient location to Spectrum Center and the late checkout time for those guests that have a late night out before their check out.

Cons:

My recent stay with one of my girl friends for a concert at Spectrum Center was very disappointing to say the least.

The valet service was unhelpful on our arrival. No one greeted us, offered to get us a luggage cart or helped us unpack the car. They overall just lacked professionalism. There was even a staff member after we checked in on the elevator that didn’t hold the door for us to go up to our room.

Then, when we got to the lobby on the 10th floor to check in, the front desk staff seemed distracted and weren’t super helpful with directions and overall weren’t friendly.

The initial room that we were put in had a horrible mildew odor throughout and the bed linens had stains on them that were visible. We called down to the front lobby and they agreed to move us, but the new room had a mildew odor as well. We came to realize that the entire hotel has an extremely unpleasant mildew odor throughout, which as someone who has asthma and allergies, was definitely not ideal.

Upon checking out, we had to wait for awhile to get my car from valet. When we got downstairs, we found out that one other party’s key were lost that valet was serving and another party’s car has been damaged while it was being operated by valet staff. The two patrons were understandably upset, and it felt like a fairly volatile situation to be witness to. No valet manager was on-site and the hotel manager I observed didn’t seem to have any power to remedy the situation.

If I could’ve found an alternative hotel to stay in on short notice I would’ve.

It was very comfortable and accessible.
Pros:

I loved how spacious it was

Cons:

I didn’t like that I couldn’t find a proper designated smoking area. One person told me it was “across the street” another said there is a bench across from valet and both people told me “I would see it when I went outside”. I didn’t “see” what they were talking about it was a little inconvient but not a big deal.

Pros:

This hotel seem to be going down for some reason. I stayed here last year and it was amazing. Rooms were great the stay overall was really great but this time it just seem like the room I had looked like a motel 6 room. It definitely wasn’t as nice as the last one I had.

Cons:

We checked into a room that smelled like mold. The carpet was wet and that's what caused the odor. Had to change rooms at 4 in the morning.
