Quick business trip
Pros:

I recently stayed while in town for a conference. My room was exceptionally clean; the staff was friendly and professional. There is also an amazing restaurant at the top of the building with an amazing view called The Farenheit!

Lack of transparency about the valet parking cost and inconvenience :(
Pros:

Great Location, nice room, nice staff

Cons:

There is no free onsite parking! You will need to pay $42/night for unprofessional valet parking. Expect a long wait to pick up and drop off your car on Friday and Saturday nights. Also note that the valet will expect a trip each time you pick up your car.

A gun was found in the room
Cons:

Soon after arrival, we opened the top drawer in the room and discovered a gun inside. It was located next to the Bible. We took a photo immediately.

We went downstairs right away and informed the front desk that we found a gun in our room. The front desk contacted the police, and we were instructed to wait in the lobby while this was addressed.

As it became late, we asked the front desk staff member to remove the gun from our room so we could go to sleep. He removed it. However, moments after we went to bed, the police came to the room and requested entry. We cooperated fully, allowed them in, answered questions about when and where we found the gun, provided our IDs, and the officer then left.

Finding a firearm left behind in a guest room is an alarming and unacceptable safety failure. It indicates a breakdown in room turnover inspection procedures and created significant stress and disruption to our stay.

In addition to the safety incident, we also experienced the following problems:

· From approximately 9:00 AM on our first day, there was no water, which caused significant discomfort and impacted basic use of the room.
· The mini-fridge appears to be set to freezing temperatures and froze everything inside. Food we purchased at Whole Foods was ruined.
· The in-room internet was extremely slow and not usable for normal work or streaming.
