Nice staff and hotel, bad pull out couch
Pros:

Good place as long as you don't have to use the pullout couch bed.
The mattress is super thin, and you can feel every bar in your back.
They do not have any roll aways either.

Nice place, but won’t go above and beyond.
Pros:

We stayed for a weekend get away in Charlotte. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to many close spots. The rooms are larger than average rooms and reasonably updated. The workers were the absolute best part, all were super helpful. All that being said,!9’e experience will make me not return to this location. We’d added an additional night because of an ice storm both in Charlotte and along our entire route home. The desk stated we’d be charged at the rate we’d booked prior which seemed fair. I immediately return to the room and look online only to realize k could’ve added the room myself for one hundred less. I’d asked the desk to correct it, they said they only thing we could do was cancel and rebook leaving now 3 full holds for incidentals left sitting on my bank card until they “fall off.” Just seemed that it could’ve been remedied easier or better yet offered me the best rate initially for that add on. Somewhat shady in my opinion. Plenty of hotels in town. I def will stay at one that would accommodating to those in an emergency over this one , especially when almost all of the hotel was empty.

Snowmageddon in Charlotte!
