Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht. Wir waren von 10:30-15:00 aus dem Haus. Als ich dies um 16:00 reklamierte, hieß es die Zimmer werden nur bis 13:00 gemacht! Es wurde versprochen , sich zu kümmern allerdings passierte nichts. Man wollte sich auch bei mir melden …. Nichts passiert

Perfect stay in Berlin
Pros:

Nice hotel, for a faire price.
The staff is kind and helps you to facilitate your burden whatever it is.
We really liked to stay here, and if we ever come back to berlin, we will be definetly here again, it is perfectly positionned near to every transportation necessary for your stay in Berlin.
The breakfast is great !

Cons:

Maybe a "harder" pillow, I don't like soft pillow, but I should have asked which I didn't, and that's on me

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals ist super! Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Herrliches Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl. Tolle Lage. Zimmer schön gross und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider kann man den Parkplatz nicht fix reservieren.
