Zentrale Lage, hoher Komfort.
Pros:

Für die zentrale Lage überraschend ruhig. Außergewöhnlich kompetentes, freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zu teuer. Trostlose Umgebung und weit weg vom wahren Berlin, das aber über die S-Bahn gut erreichbar ist. Und wenn man beim Blick aus dem Fenster kein Innenhofgefühl haben möchte, sollte man explizit ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Washingtonplatz buchen.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Leider, leider kann ich nur wenig essen- schade!!

A great base to visit Berlin, with fantastic breakfast and comfortable beds.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a two minute walk from the main station and underground, which in turn is 25 mins from the airport. The hop on hop off tour buses stop outside and there is a food hall just opposite. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, with excellent bathrooms.

Cons:

The restaurant and bar are very small with a limited menu, so it’s best to go out to eat. The breakfast on the other hand ( in a different room) is extensive and delicious.

Jag är mkt nöjd med min vistelse tilllsammans med mitt barnbarn som är 16 år
Pros:

Kanon frukost. Allt smakade gott. Fast jag tycker inte det ska serveras vin på morgonen

Cons:

Det som är svårt ibland är när vi inte förstår varandra.hotel personal kan lätt bli mästrande över en äldre person dvs jag som är kvinna och 76 år

Modern, schön und in superzentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer, 7 Etage mit beeindruckend hohen Decken und Fenstern, sehr gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Ich war nu eine Nacht da und kann deshalb nichts zum Fitnessbereich oder Tagungsräumen sagen

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Berlin in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Auch das Bad passt von der Größe, nur eine barrierefreie Dusche fehlt. Wir mussten zum Duschen in die Badewanne klettern. Die Saunalandschaft mit drei Saunen und einem Dampfbad sowie den Fitnessraum im Hotel konnten wir kostenfrei nutzen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super - nur etwa 100 m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
