Vill inte ha 1 st säng när jag bokar och betalt för 2 st.

Personalen var mycket trevlig.
Hotellet var så nära centralstationen man kan komma.

Cons:

1. Det är tydligen modernt med glasdörrar till badrummet och toaletten, villket kanske är snyggt, men helt värdelöst med tanke på att när man tänder ljuset där inne så lyser det upp hela sovrummet. Mycket irriterande.
Dessutom vill jag ha den avskildheten.

2. När jag bokar ett rum, som är angivet som ett alternativ med 2 st sängar, är det för att jag vill ha det och inte ett önskemål. När bokningen är genomförd kan jag inte avboka eller ändra något. Då vill jag inte få ett rum med 1 st säng.
Den informationen om att det egentligen inte finns något ledigt rum med det alternativet, måste jag få innan bokningen är gjord så jag kan välja ett annat alternativ av rum eller ett hotel som erbjuder det val som jag vill ha.
Nu fick jag ett rum med en säng vilket därmed drar ner betyget till lägsta nivå.

Super convenient for Hbf
Pros:

Breakfast at the hotel was five star, great selection of food, well cooked and presented. Large room and all the usual facilities. The location is great if your using the Hbf, we did on arrival ex ICE Nuremberg and departure to the airport. So many food options around the station and convenient for the hop on hop off bus etc. Walking distance to the Bundestag, Reichstag and Brandenberg gate.

Cons:

Would have been nice if we had a bath in the suite, there was plenty of room on the floor plan.
