Usualmente me alojo en este hotel cuando estoy de viaje en Guayaquil y es excelente en cuanto al hotel en si mismo y la ubicación. El desayuno es bárbaro y pudiera ser hasta un elemento principal en la elección del hotel. No he ido a la piscina ni a otras amenidades del hotel

Location by the river was nice. Facilities in the hotel were good.
We would have liked the hotel to have a guest laundry. When you are travelling for an extended period, you occasionally need to wash lots of clothing. It is not viable to use an in house laundry service. Wyndham properties in Australia do let guests was their own clothing

Had to make reservation to complimentary airport shuttle multiple times. When we arrived. Greeter was not there and waited 20 minutes and called hotel multiple times.
