La habitación está estaba sucia n el octavo piso justo abajo del gimnasio. Las pesas que botaban quienes hacían ejercicios se escuchaba claramente durante todo el día. También el yacuzzi estaba arriba y también se escuchaba la vibración. Adicional el baño súper incómodo porque justo tenía una columna que lo hacía súper incómodo.
Ubicación. Colchon. Amenidades. Staff de recepción.
Almohadas en pésimo estado, no tenían suficiente plumas adentro y estaban deformes. No apropiadas para un descanso.
La supervisora de HK fue muy ruda, muy poca amabilidad. Pedí toallas el día de salida para bañarme (antes del Ch out time) y me dijo usted ya sale hoy no? Casi negándose a darle toallas. Me las entregó de muy mala manera y las toallas estaban en mal estado y me dio solo para una persona. Tuve que pedirle para mi acompañante.
Además desde que llegamos el reloj estaba desigual con varias horas y así pasó todo mi estadía. Nadie se fijó ni lo cambió.
El personal de room service fue amable.
La verdad creo que falta mucho en estándares de atención al huésped.
No tuvimos oportunidad de tomar el desayuno incluido.
Personal muy atento, limpieza y desayuno buffet de primera.
Camas y almohadas muy confortables.

Fabulous hotel in safe area!
The location is good.
The staff and organisation of service is atrocious. You ask for a private transfer and dont get one. They give you a number to WhatsApp on airport arrival, and nobody answers it. The driver say he will be two minutes and disappears for 35 minutes leaving you locked inside his van. You complain and you get a barrage of excuses from two other WhatsApp accounts, neither of which reveal who the author is, just anonymous accounts. They assure you the transfer to the airport will leave on time. The van arrived 5 minutes late and then couldn't even get the jammed back door opened so it left 15 minutes late, squeezing our time to get through check-in, immigration and security.

Perfekte Lage ... aber ziemlich arrogantes Personal .
Ich bin für eine Nacht dort eingecheckt ( Luxus Suite ) und hatte nur nen Rucksack dabei .
Das gab erstmal rum gezäcker an der Rezeption , ob ich nicht doch n " einfaches" Zimmer will .
Da ist deutlich Luft nach oben .
Very well located - close to plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as Malecom 2000. Easy walk to downtown or Las Penas. Hotel itself is very comfortable with well sized, comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities and you always felt very safe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle (free) is a real plus, convenient to get to and from the airport.

Very nice room with beautiful view of the river. Fantastic breakfast buffet! Excellent location on the river walk with many restaurants. Very dependable airport shuttle service.
