Please be aware that the property is located in a beautiful, but remote location in the jungle.

There are no outside electricity, telephone, or internet connections. The property provides its own ecological electricity via solar panels, 24 hours a day. Telephone (charge applies) and internet (free of charge) are available via satellite connection for guests, but are subject to outside interference such as weather which may disrupt connection at times.

Tikal park entry tickets can now be bought online, prior to arrival, with a credit card. Or on the same day of arrival, before 6 pm daily, with cash only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Pros:

Inside the park. Love the jungle sound in the morning. Great staff. We had to switched room the next day due to injury and being in second floor would be hard,and the staffs were able to help us. I would stay here again.

Very overpriced. Hostel room quality instead of hotel.
Pros:

Location is right next to Tikal

Cons:

Overpriced. Rooms are shabby for the price. Very noisy. Curtains cant even cover the whole window so no privacy. Feels more like a hostel.

Lovely and would go back, the food was great too!
Pros:

It’s so close to everything and since we are here for one reason, to explore Tikal, it’s perfect.

Cons:

The sunrise tour meets here at 3:30am and our room being closer to the restaurant where they meet, the noise was disrupting. I think travels could be more mindful that this is a hotel and others are sleeping.

Au cœur des bruits de la jungle , petit établissement bien agréable
Pros:

Situé à 1 mn de l’entrée du parc, il est très pratique.
Au cœur d’un petit jardin, les chambres ont toutes une terrasse ou patio ce qui est bien agréable.

Cons:

Une offre plus raisonnable en petite restauration afin de satisfaire une clientèle avec des revenus plus ou moins importants.

Nice bungalows with great food service in nowhere land
Pros:

The hotel has a great location! Right at the entrance of Tikal NP. It has different types of bungalows; we got a single room one. The room was large enough although a bit dated what did not bother us since we are in somekind of nowhere land...The food service was great and the chef came up with good creations. Also: electricity 24 Hrs and decent WI-Fi.

Cons:

Nothing really! If you accept where you are it is a jungle adventure and for that everything worked quite decently. (There is a neighboring high quality hotel for double price. Nothing else if you want to stay within the park.)

Great location, walking distance to Tikal National Park. Shower temps were v. Inconsistent though.

Very close to the entrance to Tikal National Park

Cons:

The shower don’t have any pressure, and only heat no cold even during the hours they said we would have ‘proper shower water’

Great location, good for 1 night in the jungle
Pros:

The location is the most obvious benefit of this stay as you're just 2 minutes from the park entrance. The room is basic but enough for 1 night, no complaints here. The food at the restaurant is quite good.

Cons:

The only issue is that the bed is a bit noisy, but this is for sure not enough to avoid recommending this place

Pros:

In einem schönen Garten gelegen, ganz nah am Eingang zum Park.
Wir hatten vielleicht Pech, aber unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und jeder Vorbeigehende war deutlich zu hören und konnte in unser Zimmer sehen, gleichzeitig war es von oben sehr hellhörig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer groß, aber dunkel, das Bett sehr gut, die ehemals weißen Wände bräuchten dringend einen neuen Anstrich. Warme Dusche und Strom den ganzen Tag über.
Viele nützliche Infos vorab, allerdings sind die Preise ziemlich hoch.
Das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant ist sehr gut und preiswert, was man zum Zimmerpreis leider nicht sagen kann.
Wie fast überall in Guatemala haben wir das Gefühl, dass das Preisleistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmt.

Pros:

Quiet, great restaurant, fabulous staff. The grounds are great for bird watching and relaxing.
