Please be aware that the property is located in a beautiful, but remote location in the jungle.

There are no outside electricity, telephone, or internet connections. The property provides its own ecological electricity via solar panels, 24 hours a day. Telephone (charge applies) and internet (free of charge) are available via satellite connection for guests, but are subject to outside interference such as weather which may disrupt connection at times.

Tikal park entry tickets can now be bought online, prior to arrival, with a credit card. Or on the same day of arrival, before 6 pm daily, with cash only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

המיקום נפלא , החדר נקי .
השקט מאפשר לשמוע את הג׳ונגל. המתחם יפה והאוכל במסעדה טעים.

לא ממליצה לקחת חדר בלי מיזוג אויר.

Séjour parfait
Pros:

Superbe hôtel! À seulement 1’ de l’entrée du parce archéologique de Tikal. Les chambres sont superbes et la salle de bains fonctionnel, avec terrasse et hamacs, c’est très agréable. On est en pleine jungle, c’est parfait, on a adorer y séjourner. De plus le personnel est adorable, serviable et disponible. Le restaurant est succulent. Merci à vous tous et à bientôt

El personal excelente, la comida del restaurante deliciosa. Hermoso lugar junto a la entrada a las ruinas.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado. Estuvimos en dias y noches muy calientes y fue incomodo.

We enjoyed staying in the park!
Pros:

The restaurant was really good & we enjoyed hearing the howler monkeys in the morning!

Cons:

Online it appeared there was a pool and there is not a pool so we were disappointed about that.

Perfecto para visitar Tikal
Pros:

Ubicación a un minuto del parque. Es maravillosa la vegetación, el personal super amable se adaptó a todas nuestras necesidades, la habitación está bien para 5 pax. El bar es una maravilla, idílico.

Cons:

Por poner algún pero, la ducha tiene un hilo de agua muy fino, aunque no supuso problema. Paciencia y ya.

Op 100m van het Tikal nationaal park. Ideaal voor een kort verblijf en het is ongeveer 1u rijden van de luchthaven van Flores. Ze bieden ook luchthaven vervoer aan voor 25$ per persoon.

Aceptable, pocas ammenities
Pros:

No está mal para dormir 1 noche en el parque Tikal, está a pocos metros de la entrada (para ingresar se debe abonar). Habitaciones amplias y limpias, baños privados con muy pocos ammenities (solo jabón y papel higiénico).
El desayuno no está incluido pero tienen variedad de propuestas y todas muy ricas. Personal atento.

Cons:

No tiene piscina lo cual es una desventaja frente a las otras 2 opciones dentro del parque.
No cuenta con aire acondicionado.
Precio elevado para el nivel (entiendo que asociado a su ubicación).

It was very clean and had beautiful gardens, and the food was delicious.
Pros:

The restaurant was excellent and offered a variety of dishes. I couldn't use the scan code feature on my phone and would have appreciated a paper menu.

It would be good to have a list of locals who could offer taxi services to Flores or the airport.
