Please be aware that the property is located in a beautiful, but remote location in the jungle.

There are no outside electricity, telephone, or internet connections. The property provides its own ecological electricity via solar panels, 24 hours a day. Telephone (charge applies) and internet (free of charge) are available via satellite connection for guests, but are subject to outside interference such as weather which may disrupt connection at times.

Tikal park entry tickets can now be bought online, prior to arrival, with a credit card. Or on the same day of arrival, before 6 pm daily, with cash only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Pros:

El hotel está en la entrada al parque Tikal, lo que hace muy fácil y cómodo el acceso a éste. Cuenta con un restaurante con comida muy rica. La habitación era muy grande. Las dependencias del hotel siempre estaban limpias y los colaboradores todos muy amables. Sin duda volvería.

Gran ubicación en la reserva! Estaba limpio, el lugar es bonito y su personal es muy atento. La comida estaba normal.

Cons:

Hace mucho calor y en la habitación solo hay un ventilador de techo que casi no se siente, podrían incluir un ventilador de piso. El agua de la ducha viene con muy baja presión, supongo que es un problema por la ubicación del lugar.

Everything, perfect location, super close to the Parque Tikal entrance.
Room very clean, confortable bed and pillow, big ceiling fan to keep it cool.
Extremely kind & polite Hotel & Restaurant staff, the food was really good and reasonable priced.
Would stay here again.

Maybe some hooks on the wall to hang clothes.

Su cercanía con la entrada de los parques y museo excelente, El personal amable para atenderte , la comida muy bien :)

Cons:

Las habitaciones pueden mejorar , por ejemplo : chequear las cortinas que cubran 100% las ventanas, las persianas de las ventanas que cierren completamente, REVISAR las duchas: algun soporte aéreo para poder colocar tus productos higiénicos para disfrutar de la ducha, quitar el sarro de las salida de agua de ducha.

Quizás para estadías más largas de 3 o más noches resultaría un poco difícil pero para 1 noche bien. :)

Very good location at the entrance of the tikal park. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

If you are into local food the restaurant is a bit overpriced, though you might also expect this for a hotel. There is a good restaurant close by
