Funcionários atenciosos e educados.

Cons:

Acho que qdo vc se hospeda num hotel, é normal em algum momento precisar utilizar copos, taças ou talheres, então, isso deveria estar disponível na suite, mas, nesse hotel está no cardápio, é um absurdo pagar 30 reais em 1 copo/taça e 10 reais em um talher.

O papel higiênico no banheiro já é fracionado... Acho ridículo priorizarem tanto os lucros em detrimento do conforto dos hóspedes... Não volto mais!

Classico não pode ser desgastado... não vale.
Pros:

Localização é muito boa, entretanto cuidado porque o isolamento acustico é ruim e a avenida pode ser barulhenta - especialmente se estiver num andar baixo.

Cons:

A infraestrutura do hotel está muito velha, ar condicionado antigo gerando muito barulho. Toalhas quase puídas com as portas do banheiro e box bastante desgastadas, enfim... está pedindo uma reforma urgente, até mesmo porque a localização é Premium. O café da manhã é bem cuidado, porém a area é pequena então a espera é grande. Ao conseguir uma mesa, apesar do staff muito educado, é "terra devastada". Dificil. Uma cidade como Campinas e um bairro como Cambui mereceriam um hotel em melhores condições.
