Pros:

the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to take care of our needs. And the location in the heart of Bellagio was perfect.

Cons:

The beds were pretty hard and didn't sleep well. But I should add that this was a common theme for us in italian hotels!

Do not lose your chance to stay.
Pros:

It was great place to stay. The interior design perfect. The colors, decoration surround us were romantic. The room is cosy, comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff was so kind and helpful. I felt as I had stayed there before. The surprise candies, cookies were great. How could they have guessed that I adored butter cookies?

Cons:

There's nothing to dislike.

Great hotel, central and good restaurants close by
Pros:

Breakfast had a good selection of meats, cheese and cereals. The breads were fresh each day along with pastries, for those who wanted it egg & bacon
Staff were very good and the hotel amazingly very clean and comfortable

Cons:

There was not much I would say I didn’t like, except the bar could have been a little better stocked with wider choice

A lovely stay in a comfortable boutique hotel
Pros:

The hotel was in a peaceful location within easy walking distance of the railway station and a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Como. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Pros:

Very welcoming, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. We were checked in for 3 nights by Emmanuel who was very helpful and informative, concerning nearby restaurants and shops. The location is in a quiet street with very good restaurants and is only a 5 minute walk to the railway station and bus stops, both with good links to the airport. The historic centre of Como and the lake is just a 10 minute walk. Our room, on the first floor, was clean, quiet and comfortable with a very modern bathroom. The wi-fi worked perfectly.
Breakfast is excellent: something for everybody, run by helpful, friendly staff.
The reception and public areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated, as was our room: very pleasing on the eye.
Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, pleasant and relaxing.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Fabulous hotel offering an excellent stay close both to the train station and the lake
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, very near to the train station and less than 10 minute walk from the lake. We loved this place. All the team working there are first class, helpful, cheerful and really helped make the holiday special. Room was spotless, bed very comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and lots of fresh produce and cakes. Special mention for the décor. The whole hotel was beautifully designed, especially the terrace area, which we loved sitting in and having a drink to relax. Can't wait to go back to Como and we will definitely stay at this hotel again

Only small thing would be a fridge in the room

Bon rapport qualité prix mais un peu onéreux pour les prestations mais Côme explique sans doute cela
