Great place, but you can’t leave you luggage for free and be careful.
Pros:

Very Nice and comfortable rooms. An enjoyable terrace to relax. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

It was not possible to leave the luggage at the hotel for more than 2 hours for free. We wanted to leave the luggage after checkout at the hotel in order to walk without luggage in the city of Como until our train would leave in the late afternoon. However, the hotel requested 3 Euros per luggage per hour after the 2-hours grace period. For us, this would have costed 45 Euros because we had 3 luggages and we had to leave the luggage until late afternoon. This is clearly inacceptable and this is the first time in my life that a hotel wants to charge me 45 Euros to keep my luggage after checkout. I don’t understand the reason for this policy, since the hotel looked quite large and felt almost empty so it had enough room to put the luggage in an unused room. The person at the desk was not willing to make an exception for us and we had to carry our luggage with us during the day in Como.

Gefallen hat uns das nicht sehr große Zimmer mit schönem Bad und das hervorragende Frühstück. Ebenso das sehr freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Der hohe Preis und die Parkplatzkosten von 24 Euro pro Tag.

Beautiful property, the photos doesn’t do the property justice. Smells amazing too 😊

Although smells lovely, a little overpowering in bedroom. Could of had mini bar.

Pros:
